The thing is, with a wet sump oil system, I can't take my car to any Joe Shmo oil change place and I've even been advised to avoid dealerships; these guys don't know what they are doing. The car has to be running for so long, the temperature has to be just right, all of these variables have to be met before changing the oil. I decided to take a chance on Mangol's because the reviews were incredible. I was so pleased when I called; Rob was very kind, got me right in, answered all of my questions when I was there in person and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!!! I TRUST HIM.

Although I believe no mechanic is perfect due to the nature of the business and countless variables, I am fairly confident that A to Z does honest reliable work. I would highly recommend them.

Since my regular mechanic was swamped and was leaving for vacation, I decide to try A to Z after some research. Every past review was positive. John was very accommodating. Friendly and honest customer service. Highly recommend to anyone who owns a relatively older vehicle in North Royalton. I am seriously considering switching permanently, because I like John's management style better. A to Z answers their phone, unlike my regular mechanic, who doesn't always pick up or, for that matter, return phone calls when I leave a message. It seems that A to Z appreciates the business.

Every time I've come in with little asks or questions, they help me without hesitation--and that blows my mind every time because of the stereotype of being a woman in a car shop. It might seem small, but for someone with bad anxiety from past car experiences, that kind of consistency and kindness is everything. I finally feel like I have a place I can go on my own when my dad or boyfriend aren't available, and that kind of trust is rare. Parma Autoworks is truly a gem, and as long as I live in the area, they'll be my go-to.

After researching the issue, I found countless reports from other owners describing transmission failures occurring between 60,000 and 100,000 miles on this model. That sounds like it should considered a recall. I reached out to my local Ford dealership to ask about financial assistance through Ford's "Goodwill Assistance" program. My vehicle meets the program's general eligibility criteria--it's under 100,000 miles and less than seven years old. However, I was quoted $9,492.50 for the repair. Without any financial assistance, a repair of that cost is simply out of reach for many people with a median income. At just 94,000 miles and six years old, I never expected to be without a working vehicle due to a major transmission failure. It's incredibly disappointing, especially after learning how many other owners have experienced similar problems. Because of this experience, I've made the decision that my next vehicle will not be a Ford. That decision isn't one I make lightly. I grew up in a Ford family. I've owned and driven Ford vehicles my entire life because I trusted the brand and believed in the quality of its products. I had genuine brand loyalty. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my confidence in Ford.

I decided to wait on the repair as I considered how to pay for it. After a couple of days spent pondering what to do, I decided to get some other repair quotes for comparison. Not only was the repair quote less than half the cost of the original quote, but they did an amazing job replacing these critical safety parts. Additionally, while researching a check engine light warning, they discovered my gas cap was defective. Rocky called to tell me it might be the reason for the warning and asked if I wanted him to replace it. I told him to replace the gas cap and sure enough, no more check engine light. I expected that it would be an overnight turn around for the repair, given how busy they were, but imagine my surprise after dropping my car off in the morning to receive a call that it was finished by early afternoon.
