Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. Progressive told me to tow it to Marhoffer Collision. They replaced arm, tie rod, gimpy cracked part of the inner wheel. Replaced the entire wheel, tire, damaged lines. And Progressive paid for a loaner . 4 days later my car was done well, and right. Now Mike gave me honest advice. He said my car was rotting out and i should get my car to not pass the emissions testing, so i would only have to pay $.300.00 to fix my problem.
