I've found Absolute to be honest, professional and transparent in regards to all repairs. I could not recommend a better repair shop

Very helpful and empathetic while I was dealing with stressful car problems. I'm not from the area and found everyone easy to trust here.

Legacy Rim Repair - One of the messed up wheels from throwing it on cement shop floor

I'll never know because he cut the lip of the tire digging it off the rim!! Do not go to Legacy Rim / Bedford

The shop smells like a horse barn and in the back is doubles as a kennel for dogs that are boxed in with plywood and nearly jumped out of their jail cell. 4. He does an awful job when My experience: I dropped my set of 5 very valuable BBS lips/barrels off to him the second Friday of December and got them back today BY CHOICE. Throughout the whole time he had them he gave me the runaround. Eventually I decided to go to the shop myself since it had been a month since I heard anything. He had lied numerous times about the progress he said he made. I gave him 3 additional chances to correct the problem. First, he lied saying that all they needed was to be painted. I went up to the shop and nothing was done on them. So he said to give him a week. Second, I went back up and AGAIN they were not done. He said that they will 100% be done the following Friday. Third, I went back (today) and they had everything done on them. EXCEPT he did the worst job I have ever seen in my life. I'll attack pictures of the destruction he did to the wheels. He admitted he was losing his ass on my wheels **THAT I TOLD HIM I WOULD PASS ON RESTORING IF THEY'RE TOO FAR GONE** and because of that I became a second class customer and he gave absolutely zero fucks about my wheels. I ended up paying him most of the money he quoted me because he wasn't going to let me take my wheels back unless I gave him money for the piss poor job he did. NEVER GO TO HIM. **The pictures attached are "FINISHED" products that he says look GREAT**

They handled everything in a top notch manner and really went out of their way to accommodate my needs, and settle my worries. They really treated my like an important customer and ALWAYS responded to my texts and emails. Top Notch customer service - COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! They assisted with shipping the vehicle and everything worked out great! Thank you Tony and Joe!!! Price was extremely fair as well. 5 STARS!

Carena Motors sold me a structurally unsafe vehicle with failing brakes!…read more We purchased a used Toyota 4Runner from Carena Motors through Cars.com and had it shipped to our home in Tennessee. It was supposed to be a safe first car for our teen. When it arrived, we noticed damage to the hood and clear signs of corrosion that had been patched over on the lower panels. In the online photos, this looked like showroom reflections. We assumed we had missed it and didn't pursue it further. Sadder but wiser. At least it was safe, right? A few months later, the brakes failed without warning! We had to use the emergency brake to stop the vehicle. Thankfully, this happened in a quiet neighborhood and not on the highway or in the mountains, where we had been just days before. We had the car towed to a trusted repair shop. The mechanic explained that the left rear brake failed due to rust corrosion and the right side was about to do the same. While the car was on the lift, the mechanic also found something worse... A structural support beam on the passenger side had been recently welded over! This was not a repair that restored safety. It was a weld that fully covered the original metal underneath and prevented anyone from seeing the frame's true condition. It was so bad the mechanic asked if the vehicle had a salvage title. He said plainly that the vehicle was not safe and explained that the beam could "accordion" in a crash because of the concealed damage. We contacted Tony Carena directly. We sent photos, video, and documentation from the repair shop. After some back and forth, the only suggestion we were given was to sell the car to someone else. After that, all communication stopped. We now own a car we cannot safely drive and cannot ethically sell. The dealership has refused to take responsibility. If you are not a mechanic or are buying from out of state, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We trusted Carena Motors and ended up with a dangerous vehicle that never should have been sold in this condition.

I am a Disabled Veteran living on a fixed monthly income from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and sometimes it can be very difficult to make ends meet. I had already dealt with a flat tire just two days ago, and today I unexpectedly found myself with another flat tire. I explained my situation to the manager and let him know that my funds were very limited. Instead of simply turning me away or treating me like just another customer, the manager listened and showed genuine compassion. He was able to help me with a discount so that I could afford a tire, get safely back on the road, and make it home. That act of kindness meant more to me than he probably realizes. When you're already struggling financially, an unexpected car repair can feel overwhelming. Having someone willing to work with you and show a little humanity makes a tremendous difference. Thank you to the manager and the team at NTB in Streetsboro for helping this Veteran when I truly needed it. I highly recommend this location and sincerely appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service I received. Five stars and my heartfelt thanks!

I have photos of the clutch they took out, to which they said it is in pieces and it very clearly was not, my car was not making these noises before I spent about 3 grand in Toto Al with parts and labor, now after sticking a camera up they are more showing me the video from this, all while saying the clutch is installed correctly, but either way they don't guerentee labor unless it's on their parts, and I simply was never told this, was not told this when I brought the car with the clutch, was not told this when they texted me to tell me to order a fly wheel, they never once told me it wouldn't be warrantied or never once recommended me to use their parts, I paid the labor to have time work done right, and I am left with a car that i have put my whole soul into for 5 almost 6 years that is embarrassing to drive, and sounds super rough. I was also hung up on by them saying "come get your fing car" then hanging up. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful on the phone, very disrespectful in person told me when I picked the car up that I don't know what I'm talking about, they told me the part was bad, which they did not, I have all the texts from this place, I also paid for an evaporative leak to be fixed, I still have a code for this and they are telling me that's not what they were supposed to fix, but that's the code that I said I wanted to get fixed. had 3 people all talking over me raising their voices and telling me I'm wrong, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Also no where in the receipt or paperwork does it say they don't guerentee work on customer supplied parts, was never mentioned
