Drove in needed a nail removal, put me on the schedule; (said , when I called! If you get here before 6pm we'll do your car! Waited 2 hours, they were busy the whole time. Not one employee stood around, everyone was busy waiting on customers! All employees were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful. We left at 6:15 not one, but everyone in the service area had a dust mop in their hands cleaning up!! Someone was in the waiting area mopping up too. read more

Discount Tire - My car, when the bays are full you do the next best thing . - Wheel & Rim Repair Near Me - Aurora, Ohio

You would assume this is AI, but you would be wrong. I don't know what tech worked on this but I think he overadjusted on the tow a tad bit. Then the manager tried to gaslight me and told me that the problem was with my car and not their completely unprofessional work place etiquette. I swear on my life more than half the employees looked like they were high. would not come here ever again unless I just wanted to be fucked over senseless. read more

Scheduled appointment online to replace my tires and get an alignment based upon their competitive pricing. They called and told me they could take me in right away rather than waiting until the next day (which I'd scheduled online). When I arrived I confirmed they'd still be able to do the installation and alignment as it was less than an hour before their scheduled closing time. They confirmed they could/would. They stayed about a half an hour after their scheduled closing time to complete the job and I was completely satisfied with their work. Good pricing (which they completely reviewed prior to taking my car in/doing any work). Would highly recommend. read more

Tires for a premiere vehicle. Extremely professional, accommodating and competent. But I have to take two stars off for the following reasons: (1) Appointment made online. Specified tires stated. Told I could come in at a certain time and have fitted. I arrive for my appointment only to be told It would take two days for the tires to arrive. So that was a good trap. (2) Specialized tool to remove wheel found wandering aimlessly in the front of my car when I picked it up. No reason why this could not have been put back in the trunk among the Jack where it belongs. Careless inattention to detail. Overall I would recommend, but the price is not that fantastic and I could've gotten the same tires cheaper elsewhere. read more

Discount Tire - Wheel & Rim Repair Near Me - Aurora, Ohio

This was honestly the best tire experience I have ever had. Tito was extremely helpful, the management and staff were ALL very knowledgeable, and every single person was polite and professional. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I chose Discount Tire based on a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. The customer service that Zack and Alex provided was above average for this industry. In addition I made arrangements to have my car dropped off mid afternoon and they still took care of me same day although the vehicle didn't arrive until an hour before they closed. The process was seamless and I paid almost $500 dollars less than the dealers asking price. Thank you guys as I am a stickler for good customer service as well and you guys did an amazing job! read more

Highly recommend this brand new store in Aurora for your tire needs. Well informed and very friendly staff, attentive and fast to service cars in the shop. I purchased my tires from Discount Tire and enjoyed a number of rebate gift cards when paying with a discount tire credit card, so net price was competitive. And, comes with lifetime of tire rotations! I've already cashed in one rotation and it was completed fast along with a tire inspection. read more

I went here to get my tires replaced as they were low on tread. The options they had in stock for my car were limited, but it's an older model so that's not too crazy. The prices seemed fair though not particularly "discount." They performed the work quickly and the car seems to be running well now! My only complaint is that the customer service side was a little bit lacking at times. We waited about ten minutes for anyone to come to the counter to help us, and they never called to let us know that the car was ready. We just came back after an hour and they handed me the keys. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just kind of flailing, but the customer-facing aspect was not as impressive as whatever was going on behind the scenes, namely fast and efficient tire replacement service. read more

I went to this location (Aurora/Bainbridge) based on a recommendation from my FIL. I had a rear tire that I was filling with air almost every other day. I set a same-day appointment online and pulled up about 5 minutes early. They gave me the option to stay in the car or wait in the waiting area. I opted to stay in the car since I had two toddlers with me. They got us directed into a bay and up on a jack. The kids thought that was really cool. The guys never did tell me what caused the leak but they got it patched in about 15 minutes! I was so happy. The cherry on top was that the patch was free! I wasn't expecting that at all. I'll be looking to go back to get my Tire Pressure Sensor replaced. Everyone was friendly and actively working. I really appreciate the service! read more

The entire staff here is the best in the business . I definitely prefer to get all of my tire work done at this location. As a ASE Master Tech myself who worked in the field for over 30 years I can vouch for these folks, they don't cut any corners with your tires. They're the best in this area. read more

My car tire lost pressure quickly over the weekend and someone recommended Discount Tire in Aurora to me. I googled their reviews, which are outstanding by the way, and saw that I could book an appointment for Monday morning on their website. Booking the appointment was incredibly easy and when I went in this morning and they took care of me right at my scheduled time and were so incredibly professional and kind. They repaired my tire quickly, provided me with additional information I needed to know about my tires, and were so incredibly nice and helpful!! They did not charge me for the repair, which blows my mind, and I was out of there within a half an hour!!! This is truly one of the most exceptional businesses I have ever been to, ever, and the most exceptional experiences with anything car-related I have ever had!!! The customer service at Discount Tire is superior and second to none. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and just all around awesome!!! I will never go anywhere else for my tire/wheel needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A+++++++++ 100 stars out of 5 :) read more

I'm a stickler for customer service & just being kind all around. I experienced first hand why this location has 5 stars. Although, my job took longer than expected I was patient. They were kind, efficient and from what I observed, gave every customer the great service we deserve. I'm very thankful and happy. Freddy was very kind and thoroughly made sure I had the correct tires for my car. I even spoke with Paul to schedule my appt and initially another gentleman (I can't remember his name) to order my tires. Every encounter was professional and kind. The waiting room was clean as well. Thank you all so much for providing excellence. read more

Joe and Evan Really do their best to make sure every customer is happy. They do get busy from time to time, you may be delayed slightly (under staffed) but you'll end up with tires at a good price and installed properly. Highly recommend- read more

I've been consistently impressed by the staff and service at _every_ Discount Tire store I've visited. From my former home store in Boulder, CO to my new home store in Aurora, OH to the store in Utah where I had a puncture repaired. I'm generally a fan of small, local businesses, but this chain simply does it better than any local business could. They swap out my snow tires/wheels for free every change of season, their service associates are always competent and friendly, and when it comes time to purchase tires, their prices are competitive. Support your small, locally owned businesses, but when it comes to tires and wheels, Discount Tire is simply the best in the business. read more

Patience, experience, fast delivery... what more could you ask for? Not really a fan of going to tire shop, but it makes it so much better when you can book online, come in, being taking care tight away and just wait for the work to be done. In the meantime, their staff explain to you what is going on, answered all my questions. It was really a good experience and all for free! Thank you for making it so easy. I would really recommend this place for your tires and because the staff I have seen is really knowledgeable and easy to speak to. read more

I needed all four tires replaced and Discount Tire has a plethora of tires to choose from. It took me two days to find two different tires to choose from. I called Discount Tire and spoke to Vitantonio "Tonio" Santacesaria who took the time to go over the tires with me and actually recommended the cheaper tire because it had a thicker tread plus it had a better safety rating. I couldn't be more impressed by Tonio or Discount Tire! My thanks to everyone who helped get my car back on the road! read more

Warning!!!!!! You've been warned. In 30 minutes, I saw 2 people get upset and leave. The conversation could clearly be heard. One for misinformation and cost. A husband was picking up his wife's car who works in healthcare at Hillcrest. He found they put the old tires on and had to come back. I innocently concluded this was a mistake. So here is what happened to me. I work 3rd shift in healthcare and must work tonight. I called to confirm they had the tires and time to service the car. The attendant was courteous and encouraged me to come in. When we arrived, they said there was only one tire. They would have to order a second tire that could arrive anytime between 12-3pm. The tire arrived at 1pm. They falsely reassured me the tire would be completed upon arrival. They then changed it to 4pm. Don't believe anything they say and check that you're tires are new, on correctly, and the right brand. read more

I pulled in because one of my tires was showing low and it was the same one I had repaired in Macedonia a month ago so I wanted to have it checked. Brian assisted me with the pressure check on all of my tires. He inflated them to the required amounts. Once he finished the one tire still showed that it was low he went and got another device to text the sensor. He said the sensor was fine. He advised me to drive it for a little while to give it an opportunity to autocorrect itself. He said if it didn't work to bring it back and he would take a look at it. A few moments after I started driving the light went off and the air pressure changed to match the other three tires. Even though I hope don't need to go back, if I did have to I wouldn't mind because Brian was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my issues. read more

Great service and all of the employees are very helpful. Anytime I have a tire issue (which is not fun!) I will go here.

Joe Majchszak was incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell he really cares about the customers at discount tire. The customer service was excellent and he was incredibly kind knowledgeable and polite. Would recommend coming here to anyone read more

Bought tires in Macedonia 6-8 months ago. Called the Bainbridge location (Geauga Lake area) to rotate as it's closer to home. Made appointment & was in & out in 20-25 minutes. While waiting in lobby & talking to an associate, recognized he actually sold me the tires in Macedonia. Thanks Joe, you made my original purchase of 4 tires as painless as possible. Looking up any & all possibilities for my truck, finding me the best option, along with a rebate, Woohoo!! Turns out he was promoted to assistant manger & is working here now. The manager of this location, John (I believe, sorry if I'm wrong) was very helpful & knowledgeable as well. Thanks to the fellows in the bay doing the work... they hustle. Overall a great experience!! After my initial purchase, I let my little sister know of my experience & when she needed tires. She called here & was informed a new location in Lake County was opening soon. She used the new Mentor location & had the same positive experience at that location. Wish you did shocks, but you only do tires & wheels. We took wife's vehicle to Conrads in Solon, the day before. For 2 tires & rear shocks, they did well also. Keep doing what your doing... thanks read more

I stopped in for a tire rotation and my experience there was great! All of the employees there were very knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect. They seemed to truly care about my experience and my safety. They let me know my tires were in great condition and took me to a board in their showroom and explained where my tires were on their safety board. Hands down, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. I would recommend them to my friends and family and will be coming back in the future. read more

My 2000 BMW Z3 had a flat. I called Discount Tire and they had the exact tire I needed in stock and were able to get me in right away. It turned out it was only a bad valve stem. They could've sold me a new tire, but didn't even try. Instead they fixed the flat and checked the other tires condition and pressure. I was shocked when I went to hand them my credit card and they told that flat repairs are no charge. The service was friendly, fast and free. When I do need new tires, I will definitely go back to Discount Tire in Aurora! The service was excellent! read more
