Scheduled appointment online to replace my tires and get an alignment based upon their competitive pricing. They called and told me they could take me in right away rather than waiting until the next day (which I'd scheduled online). When I arrived I confirmed they'd still be able to do the installation and alignment as it was less than an hour before their scheduled closing time. They confirmed they could/would. They stayed about a half an hour after their scheduled closing time to complete the job and I was completely satisfied with their work. Tires for a premiere vehicle. Extremely professional, accommodating and competent. But I have to take two stars off for the following reasons: (1) Appointment made online. Specified tires stated. Told I could come in at a certain time and have fitted. I arrive for my appointment only to be told It would take two days for the tires to arrive. So that was a good trap. (2) Specialized tool to remove wheel found wandering aimlessly in the front of my car when I picked it up. No reason why this could not have been put back in the trunk among the Jack where it belongs. Careless inattention to detail. I went here to get my tires replaced as they were low on tread. The options they had in stock for my car were limited, but it's an older model so that's not too crazy. The prices seemed fair though not particularly "discount." They performed the work quickly and the car seems to be running well now! My only complaint is that the customer service side was a little bit lacking at times. We waited about ten minutes for anyone to come to the counter to help us, and they never called to let us know that the car was ready. We just came back after an hour and they handed me the keys. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just kind of flailing, but the customer-facing aspect was not as impressive as whatever was going on behind the scenes, namely fast and efficient tire replacement service. read more

I went to this location (Aurora/Bainbridge) based on a recommendation from my FIL. I had a rear tire that I was filling with air almost every other day. I set a same-day appointment online and pulled up about 5 minutes early. They gave me the option to stay in the car or wait in the waiting area. I opted to stay in the car since I had two toddlers with me. They got us directed into a bay and up on a jack. The kids thought that was really cool. The guys never did tell me what caused the leak but they got it patched in about 15 minutes! I was so happy. The cherry on top was that the patch was free! I wasn't expecting that at all. I'll be looking to go back to get my Tire Pressure Sensor replaced. Everyone was friendly and actively working. I really appreciate the service! read more

Booking the appointment was incredibly easy and when I went in this morning and they took care of me right at my scheduled time and were so incredibly professional and kind. They repaired my tire quickly, provided me with additional information I needed to know about my tires, and were so incredibly nice and helpful!! They did not charge me for the repair, which blows my mind, and I was out of there within a half an hour!!! I needed all four tires replaced and Discount Tire has a plethora of tires to choose from. It took me two days to find two different tires to choose from. I called Discount Tire and spoke to Vitantonio "Tonio" Santacesaria who took the time to go over the tires with me and actually recommended the cheaper tire because it had a thicker tread plus it had a better safety rating. Warning!!!!!! You've been warned. In 30 minutes, I saw 2 people get upset and leave. The conversation could clearly be heard. One for misinformation and cost. A husband was picking up his wife's car who works in healthcare at Hillcrest. He found they put the old tires on and had to come back. I innocently concluded this was a mistake. So here is what happened to me. I work 3rd shift in healthcare and must work tonight. I called to confirm they had the tires and time to service the car. The attendant was courteous and encouraged me to come in. When we arrived, they said there was only one tire. They would have to order a second tire that could arrive anytime between 12-3pm. The tire arrived at 1pm. They falsely reassured me the tire would be completed upon arrival. They then changed it to 4pm. Don't believe anything they say and check that you're tires are new, on correctly, and the right brand. read more

I pulled in because one of my tires was showing low and it was the same one I had repaired in Macedonia a month ago so I wanted to have it checked. Brian assisted me with the pressure check on all of my tires. He inflated them to the required amounts. Once he finished the one tire still showed that it was low he went and got another device to text the sensor. He said the sensor was fine. He advised me to drive it for a little while to give it an opportunity to autocorrect itself. He said if it didn't work to bring it back and he would take a look at it. A few moments after I started driving the light went off and the air pressure changed to match the other three tires. Even though I hope don't need to go back, if I did have to I wouldn't mind because Brian was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my issues. read more

Bought tires in Macedonia 6-8 months ago. Called the Bainbridge location (Geauga Lake area) to rotate as it's closer to home. Made appointment & was in & out in 20-25 minutes. While waiting in lobby & talking to an associate, recognized he actually sold me the tires in Macedonia. Thanks Joe, you made my original purchase of 4 tires as painless as possible. My 2000 BMW Z3 had a flat. I called Discount Tire and they had the exact tire I needed in stock and were able to get me in right away. It turned out it was only a bad valve stem. They could've sold me a new tire, but didn't even try. Instead they fixed the flat and checked the other tires condition and pressure. I was shocked when I went to hand them my credit card and they told that flat repairs are no charge. The service was friendly, fast and free. When I do need new tires, I will definitely go back to Discount Tire in Aurora! The service was excellent! read more
