I bought 4 tires Nov. 2025, while there they said I needed front brake pads and rotors I approved the work. Fast forward 10 weeks Jan 2026, 5,000 miles later I need a new battery, so I send my husband to take my car back to Goodyear to replace the battery while there they tell him the car needs front brake pads and rotors and he approves work not knowing I just had it done. Shady operation they either never did the brakes the first encounter or lied to us the second encounter. Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. I am 66 years old and this is the first complaint on any business I have ever posted that's how upset I am. I will be contacting the BBB and posting on all social media accounts how corrupt this place is. Please don't use them! read more

My husband had a positive experience with a tire installation at this location. We scheduled the appointment through the Goodyear website for a Tuesday at 10 a.m. On the day of the appointment, my husband completely forgot! The store called him later and asked if he still wanted to come in that day - he did, and they arranged for him to come in at 3 p.m. They were very accommodating despite his oversight, and we truly appreciated that! Also this specific location used the wrong thermostat replacement for my Audi and they wouldn't fix it so i had to go to have the car towed to the Audi dealership so they could fix what the idiots at Goodyear did wrong....... Don't get you tires or car service here, they are not for America they are commies that work for China and get all their parts from China, If you wear a MAGA hat they won't do business with you plus their tires only last a year. I've been here twice over the last month or so. First time was for tires and got an oil change while I was at it. They also mentioned my shocks and tie rods were getting pretty bad, which another mechanic had mentioned to me. Second time was for a problem with the ABS system (it basically just ended up needing a reboot), but I decided to deal with the tie rods and shocks while I was at it. I was particularly impressed with the second visit, because they squeezed me in, but still got it done the same day. They're not cheap, but I don't think they are overpriced either. Service has been good both times. They have been very good in giving me calls and keeping me updated on progress. I will be back. read more

We took my boyfriend's car here for a simple oil change. Paying for the upgraded oil change gets you a free tire rotation. A couple days later, we got a check engine light and found out from another mechanic that Goodyear unhooked a hose going to the motor of the car that could have caused serious damage. They also broke off and glued back on the top of the dipstick without telling us. Never going there again! read more

Worst auto service shop in the area. Run by crooks and liars. I bought two new tires because one was going flat. These imbeciles replaces the wrong tire and then they tried to coax me into buying an unnecessary alignment for 99 additional dollars. As I drove away, the tire they allegedly replaced went flat. This store provides terrible services and cheats customers by manipulating the items and prices in the receipts. I went there two days ago for checking my car 's noise. I left my car there and went to my office. After one hour later, the manager Tom called me and told me that one of rear brake pad should be replaced as it only had 3mm left and another side was ok (9mm left).Tom told me that they would clean the motor surface as well. The total cost would be $505 before tax. Six hours later when I went there to pick up my car I found the price jumped to $1205 after tax. I checked the service and parts listed in the receipt and found that the store just added some "extra" services without my permission such as replace brake lines and replace brake fluids. I received the same services one month ago from another store, Budget Muffle Shop. Those services were unnecessary for my car. When I complained about these charges, the managers told me he would give me additional discounts to total 25% off of total price. However, when I checked the new invoice I found the price difference between two invoices is only 17 dollars that only counts 1.3% discount of the original price. I questioned about how the price was calculated after he offered more discount. The manager refused to comment and told me to pay the bill immediately. He told me that he wouldn't show the new invoice until I paid it first. Later, when I got the new invoice I found that the manager added other services that were not performed into the invoice. By so doing, even though he claimed to give me more discounts the final prices were almost same. Love your money and car, stay away from Goodyear! If I can give a zero star I will do that without any doubt. read more

These people ( Tom) was my mechanic charged me $498.00 to fix the engine light that echeck made me do to get my plates. The part I needed was $45.00!! I asked them for my old parts which btw EVERYONE should do esp women. Yes I'm A woman as well. Echeck wouldn't pass me unless I brought a repair bill in for at least $300.00!! What a racket the county of summit has going. My engine light has been on for 5 years!! Nothing made me feel more sick then to drive my truck over to the tow truck!! I couldn't get it fixed when they gave me 30 day tags twice or I wud have taken it to MY mechanic!! I had emergency back surgery so I couldn't drive for 3 1/2 months!! I talked them down to a whole $457.00!! Money I don't have. My father is a mechanic but he's older now & can't fix cars anymore. When I went to get the truck they didn't give me my old parts or the new part boxes. They gave me 2 black hoses 11" in total & an old oxygen sensor. Problem w that? That's not what they charged me for. My truck is a 1997 ford ranger that really needed tires not a trumped up bill for parts they didn't fix!! They better pray nothing goes wrong w my truck in the next few weeks. Since then I've learned parts have been rigged to break within a month. Tick tock Goodyear!! Crooks! They claimed my car was leaking oil. I know there is no leak, no oil on my garage floor ever. The sarcastic tech asked me why it was quart low on oil then and I had just checked the oil the night before and I know it was just fine and when we brought it in the brakes were fine and when we picked it up the brake light was on and the pedal went all the way to the floor. You will come out of there with more problems than you had when you went there. Stay away! read more

Have taken our Prius here for multiple oil changes, they've always been great. A few weeks ago I was short on time and did not want to drive as far, so we took it to another Goodyear location closer to home. The closer location broke some parts near the oil pan and caused a leak. I took it back here to this location and they fixed the whole thing for free out of loyalty and shock at how bad another location did. This Goodyear refused to explain anything going on with my car. Went in with a flat tire and it sounded like they made up the worst diagnosis in order for us to pay more. Then when we asked specifically what caused the flat and why they couldn't just patch it and fix it their response was "don't know but you need a new tire" went to firestone a couple weeks ago with another flat and it was half as expensive and a lot more customer friendly. Three other people were upset about their diagnosis and why they were being charged for things they didn't know about, they guy working the desk just shrugged and said "you should have been told, i can't pull up the report I'd have to go digging for it" like it was too much of an inconvenience to him to help someone understand why they're being charged. Every single person who have come in has needed more than they thought. I think they're charging for everything they can think of trying to make an extra buck. Do not trust Goodyear of Stow. Stay away from this garage, trust me! Went to this store twice, both for a simple flat repair because of their road hazard protection plan on the tires I bought from Goodyear. Since they can not make any money on my visit, they tried their best to push their customers away. First time I arrived, after they finished all the paper work, they wanted me to leave the car there for a whole day for this 15 minutes job because they were too busy. Then they were glad to call the other stores to help me to find one that was not so busy. Based on this experience, I called before I came to the store the second time and was told they can finish the job on the same day but I still need to leave the car there for 6 hours and pick it up later. However, after I arrived, they were so busy again and the repair would take more than one day to finish. Even I agreed to pick up the wheel the next day, they then found the tire "non-repairable" to save their time. Very dishonest people there. read more

Don't come here! I scheduled an oil change here through their website because I've been too busy to do it myself. The manager that greeted me was nice; the waiting room was also nice and comfortable. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes to do the oil change, which is a little slow but not unreasonable. However, when I started up my Prius, I noticed that it was running very loudly - these things are nearly silent even when the engine is running. I popped the hood and immediately saw that the engine cap was missing! Fortunately, the engine had only been running for about 30 seconds, so no oil had sprayed out yet. I went back into the store and had to wait for a manager, and he came out and tried to find the cap. He had to get the tech, who had tucked it away and forgotten about it. The manager simply said, "Sorry, thanks for noticing that." Thanks for noticing that? You could have ruined my engine! If they can't do something as simple as an oil change, how can they be trusted to do anything at all? Really disappointing, because everything else about the appointment was fine. read more

Went here for an alignment after having my wheel bearings replaced. Sat for an hour before someone came out and said your test drive was terrible, your car is shaking and all over the road. It was not having any issues when I got here I said. Then the man told me he was going to go talk to the technician, but Me buying 4 new tires would probably fix the problem. A mere $650. I heard nothing for another hour. I finally asked for an update... Another 20 min later they call me up and say I'm good to go. So the steering is better I ask? No he replies. It might fix it by getting new tires he says. This was terrible customer service with vague answers and no help for solutions. He wasn't even going to update me on the problems. I drive This car at least 2 hrs daily and use it to drive my 2 small kids around. I went Leopold tire afterward and got AMAZING SERVICE. They not only fixed the issue but quoted me $300 less for tires- which were not the problem. read more
