Never ever go here. Sure, the waiting room is beautiful, snacks, drinks, tv, toys for the kids and they sanitize your keys for you and put them in cute little bags for you. Then, they bombard you with junk mail. It took them 6 days to do a simple fuel pump replacement, even tho they said it would be done sooner than that. Not to mention, they managed to screw up the gas gage, so I ran out of gas, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. But the gage still said half a tank. Do yourself a favor, go to an actual mechanic owned shop. Waiting room won't be that nice, no snacks, no junk mail, grease covered men will give your back unsanitized, etc, but your car will get fixed correctly and they won't over charge you. read more

I was greeted with a smile and must say it's at a great location and the waiting room was spotless and very comfy and inviting. I was offered coffee, snacks and other refreshments, and had a tv to help make it a comfy wait. The work on my car was done in reasonable time and very fair prices so I'm very happy. The lower radiator hose on my beater work car developed a leak. I confirmed the problem but decided that without a lift available I'd rather pay someone else to replace it. Mighty Auto Pro wouldn't give me a quote without inspecting the car, which is understandable. When I arrived the reception was very friendly, and their waiting area is second to none. They promptly put my car on the lift, then recommended pressure testing the cooling system for $50 because of coolant "up high" on the engine. The service writer then mentioned the possibility of a bad water pump or timing cover gasket on the engine. When I balked they offered to show me on the car which was still up in the air. Obviously by driving the car, and having the leak close to the fan, it had caused coolant to be sprayed everywhere. As proof I pointed to the inside of the front tire which was also wet. I also tugged the bottom of the lower radiator hose, just like I had done at home, producing a steady stream of coolant onto the shop floor. Apparently realizing I was not buying their multiple leak theory I was led back to the waiting area. A few minutes later the service writer reappeared with a printed estimate for almost $500 to replace the lower hose. But he also recommended replacing the upper one, which would have made it almost $1000 to change two hoses and replace the coolant in a 2000 Ford Taurus! And he said this with a straight face. read more

I took my 2015 Colorado truck in for AC tune up and was told I needed a new compressor and was quoted $2000.00 I went to the dealer and paid $1100.00 for the OEM Compressor installed. read more

Not a very good place a while ago I took my car thier and one of thier mechanics went under my hood and did something to my car I went to work put my car park and it rolled back and hit 2cars I told the owner he denied it at first then he view the tapes and he agreed to fix it as long as I didn't seek legal action don't trust them they will do anything for a buck! I was referred to Mighty Auto Pro. So glad I listened! Had to take my car in for a leak. I was able to drop it off and get a courtesy ride to work! I got a call from the mechanic who was very nice! He said my 10 yr old car is in great condition just some regular maintenance that needs done. All the while I'm waiting for the bomb to drop. Then he says the leak is so small they can't find it and suggest a diagnostic test.. still waiting. He tells me what they are going to do and how much and well let's just say I won't ever be going back the dealer. I read other yelp reviews and got nervous that I was gonna have to get a second job! The staff is fantastic and shows they value your business and time. The service is great and they stand behind their work. If you wait they have a small area with snacks, coffee etc., they also provide a free loaner or if you live/work in the area they have a free shuttle service. They check the vehicle and advise you of all potential problems so you can decide to address them prior to having a problem on the road. The bottom line is that as they say you get what you pay for and for excellent service, repairs that you can trust you will pay a small premium. To have it done once and correctly and not have to worry about safety, it is well worth every cent. read more

Mighty Auto's service is great. They are very polite and prompt with answering any questions you may have. I took my 2005 Ford Escape in to get new brakes. I supplied them with my own rotors and paid for pads, drums and shoes. I felt great knowing that the work was going to be done right and everything was going to be ship shape again. They even provide you with a full vehicle multipoint inspection and they take pictures of anything they could see as a potential issue. I felt great, until I saw the total. It cost me $800 for new brakes and an oil change. Thank goodness that I had at least a $50 coupon to bring it down to $750. I would have replaced the brakes myself but there was one bolt in the front driver side that I couldn't get off on my own, I also just didn't have the time at the moment. Had I actually done them myself, I would have saved myself about $450! They were great service wise but WAYYYY too expensive. It hasn't even been a more than a month or two since it was there and my strut just broke. They didn't mention anything being wrong with the struts, they said they were in good condition. I am already looking at other shops to do the repair on my vehicle. I won't be going back due to the price. read more

BEWARE of scams from this shop. They are great at making you feel special with gifts in the car and mailers for discounts. They are way overpriced, recommend service that is unnecessary and techs are dishonest. I had a dealer install new brakes and rotors between the oil changes at this shop and sure enough, I was told after the brake job that I needed new brakes. They never even looked at them because even a person with no knowledge of cars could have told you there were no need for brakes. They also don't do the service you request. Ask for a LOF (lube,oil filter) along with topping off fluids and you will be lucky to get a new oil filter. You may only get enough oil back in the engine that will pass your dipstick test but forget getting the fluids topped off. They will definitely charge you for all the work they didn't do and give you a nice package of nuts or stuffed animal when you pick your car up. Enough for you to feel good that you got jammed up. This place should be avoided at all costs. read more

Good service. They were good about finding problems and fixing it well. I also liked the car loaner service... but there were some downfalls. The prices are wayyyy too expensive. After getting a job done for 900 some dollars, I asked my father in law, who's a mechanic if he thought I overpaid for the job. He said he'd charge only 500 dollars for a job like that. Were they trying to play me because I'm a woman and they thought I didn't know any better? Or do they just think people will pay that high a price in Medina? I'm not sure. I'd go back again, but I'd bring my husband to make sure they don't cheat me. Also, wish they had weekend hours or were open later or earlier for people who work. I always have to get off work early in order to pick up/drop off my car when I take it there. read more

They replaced a power steering pump and charged us $491 for the part, which is the retail price of a brand new Subaru pump. The pump started leaking after six months, and since it was under warranty for a year, we asked them to honor the warranty. They reluctantly did, but the second replacement failed too, and that's when it got nasty. The owner flat out lied to me and told me the leaking fluid was motor oil, not power steering fluid. When I showed him that the two fluids are very different colors, he got surly with me and asked me what I expected from him. I told him I wanted a power steering pump that worked. At that point, he admitted that they installed a reconditioned pump, not the new pump they charged for. They installed a third pump, and that one started leaking after THREE DAYS. Needless to say, we are done with these people! The owner lied to my face and charged us $500 for a $150 part. I suggest staying far away from Mighty Auto Pro. read more

On the plus side, they are very polite, had everything done by the timeframe they promised, and did the job correctly. On the negative side I was wayyyyy overcharged for the work that was done. I went in already knowing what the issue was and just trying to see what I would be charged to have it fixed. I was told they still needed to look at it to be able to tell me the cost. When I was informed a $40 part was going to cost me over $500, I decided to consider other options but was informed there was an $80+ diagnostic fee, even though I had told them what the issue was. I felt a little taken by the pricing. I ended up having the work done to avoid the hassle and as was previously stated, they were prompt, kept in touch, were polite and appear to have done a quality job. read more
