I had a unique situation with a bad starter (assumed by me) and a doctor's appointment to make. They made sure I could drop off the car, got the work done the next day so I could get a ride to pick it up (paying over the phone) and only miss one day of work. I really appreciate it as I don't feel all auto service shops would do this and make it so easy. I wish it was a cheaper fix lol, but that isn't their fault. Well worth going there. read more

Called for Quote on a belt and Hub Bearing replacement .829.00 ! Had in done a Mikes service center Tall mage Circle Tallmadge Ohio for 440.00 Dollars less To be over a hundred or so is one thing this is attempted theft. There is no other explanation when the quote is twice .the price it should be Mike is a honest Business man Who you can trust Lets face it as this example proves . You are at the mercy of these People when you take your Car in Always call at least four places and check reviews. Good luck read more

Rj's was our saving grace a week ago! In the middle of our 12 hr trip from Indiana to NY, we found ourselves with the check engine light and a smoking car. Worst nightmare when you don't know the area and have a dog and 3 yr old! Everyone was kind, giving our dog treats and our son candy for the road, the shop was clean and within 2 hrs we found ourselves back on the road! Would recommend this shop to anyone! read more

Wow! RJ's was great! As a woman, it's tough to find a mechanic that you can trust, but they made it easy. They are super friendly (I've never been to a mechanic shop where we all sit and do the "Night at the Roxbury" head-bob) and are true to their word - they promised they'd have my car back to me by Tuesday, so they stayed after-hours to ensure that happened. These guys really saved my butt. Fun and honest people with a beautiful shop. I broke down here between New Jersey and Colorado. I had nobody around. They treated me like family and put in overtime to get my car fixed fast. They did not have to do anything for me that they did. I almost faced major engine damage and they got my car back in perfect condition. I sailed to Colorado with no problems after leaving their shop. All I can say is WOW! This man, (Mr. RJ) was an angel sent from God for me this weekend. Long story short, he literally put his day (trip to Philly) on HOLD for several! Hours just to attempt, very diligently, to make my car drivable. I became stranded at The Walmart in Brimfield (which is practically next door to his shop). He is closed on Saturdays but had to make a quick trip in to retrieve something he left.. in those few moments God used him mightily!! He came & got my car out of the parking lot and into his shop parking lot; where he commenced to work several hours under my hood. He literally put me above his current plans/trip to PA & it was the first time we had ever even met. This man &! His business are honestly, just too good for words!! The office/front desk/ waiting area - all of the above - are SUPER clean & very NEAT! It was by far, the cleanest mechanic shop I have ever! Been in!! The decor is all old, nostalgic items that are so pleasing to the eye. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place or the people!! Great people and great service. Part of my catalytic converter was rusting away and I broke down about five minutes away. After waiting a week to just to get my truck in for a diagnostic. Then another 2 more weeks after they had it on their lot. They still never had time to look at my truck. They care more about Time Warner Cable trucks then any walk up customer. The owner will tell you anything you want to hear. but out of sight, you are off his mine. They do not want or need your business. I would not recommend this company at all. read more
