Then their dude did a one half ass hour look into it , told me it was done. I picked up my car after being 2 weeks at the shop, one hour to look at it , nothin wrong with it. Come n get it. Som bichin tire cracked off the arm ON THE WAY HOME!!! almost crashed. People pulled over to check on me. It was Trump/ Bidens 3rd debate that night. cold as f. dark . I waited 3 hours for a tow. Progressive told me to tow it to Marhoffer Collision. They replaced arm, tie rod, gimpy cracked part of the inner wheel. Replaced the entire wheel, tire, damaged lines. And Progressive paid for a loaner . 4 days later my car was done well, and right. Now Mike gave me honest advice. He said my car was rotting out and i should get my car to not pass the emissions testing, so i would only have to pay $.300.00 to fix my problem. Otherwise id have to pay a huge amount ....and i appreciated that. Until my tire cracked off in heavy traffic at 430pm on Darrow Rd.

We have a newborn and a 2 year old with us, we picked Jim's based on other reviews and we're glad we went there. We got to the shop 45 minutes before they closed, they took a look at it and order the part just based on hearing it. My husband took the car back first thing in the morning when they opened and they had it fixed within 2 hours. The staff were all friendly and helpful, let my husband see how bad the wheel bearing looked and the price was more than fair considering the urgency of the situation. If we lived in this area, we would be customers for life. Thank you so much Eric, Mike and Tim!!

I had the work done paid $330 and drove away but the rattle was still loud. They told me they dont know maybe struts but I knew it wasn't. I bought sway bar end links and control arm to have them installed. Another $300 to fix the rattle but of course it was still there. I then took it to Tallmadge Auto/Tire and they told me immediately it was the hub bearings and that Market muffler didn't even tighten the axle nut it was completely off. Mind you Ray the mechanic told me the car was good and ready to drive to south carolina! On top on their incompetence they were rude and dismissive and their mistake could have cost my life or at least catastrophic damage to my vehicle! Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.

All Makes and Models is truly a rare experience for an Auto Maintenance Shop, and after my first…read moreexperience, they have won my business hands down. We were recommended by a friend, I decided to give them a try, and found that they exceeded expectations all around What I discovered about them is that they don't charge you to look at your car and give you an initial evaluation like most auto shops which could be $100-200 just to even look at your car. The recommendations that came back from my repair was on the high end in the worst case scenario, and that was absolutely on par with the dealership's service departments. However, they recommended the repair plan to start with the simple repairs and if that doesn't work go on to the further so overall my bill was much less than going to a branded Repair Shop. The repair ended up working right off the bat, at a much lower cost, and they treated me like I was a person. They spoke to me like I was a normal human being who didn't really know much about car maintenance and I greatly appreciate them talking to me at my level. Looking at the cars that were in there repair lot, it ranged anything from really old classical cars to really high end sports cars, and then every normal car in between. They clearly have a skill set that is suitable for All Makes and Models (dad pun). I can't recommend them enough, they're practical, down to earth, and they work with you to meet you at your level. If you ever need a repair the only thing they really don't do is body work I would absolutely check this place out.
