They said that they fixed the radio slot because the radio was loose, they folded 2 pieces of foam rubber and put it on each side with no front plate because they broke it. We take both of our cars there for routine maintenance and for any repairs. They do excellent work at very fair prices and won't beat you up on price like the "big guy" competitors. Mike is usually waiting there behind the counter to welcome you with a smile. He greets my wife or I by name every time and provides excellent customer service. You don't feel like a number or a dollar sign like you might at other places. It really seems like a family oriented atmosphere where they care about their customer. We are so happy knowing our cars are in good hands at Harb's.

My boyfriend took his car there for a repair that he'd had estimated elsewhere as a $1200 repair…read morefor major work. Bubba's repair was $100 to replace an oil line and he was spot on; the oil leak is gone, the car runs great, and the best part is we had some miscommunication, and he was incredibly patient and sweet about it. The setup is odd in that there's a first-come, first-serve basis for bringing your car in (ask them for details as I'm fuzzy on how it works), and it meant that even mid-COVID, when we picked the car up, there was standing room only in the office and outside. But it just goes to show that people are willing to go to great lengths to get their great service!
