I told the gentleman that waited on me that I think I need 4 tires. He said, "let's get it up on the rack and inspect and we can figure out what you need." I appreciate the honesty and lack of presumption. I ended up needing 4 tires and he gave me 2 options, 1 was less than the other but the higher had a rebate. I made my decision and I believe I received great value for the tires I bought. As I was waiting, the general manager was updating my address from Cuyahoga Falls to Toledo on his computer. We had a pleasant conversation and he even looked up the village I live in on Google Earth. He even told me about a border dispute between Ohio and Michigan that he saw on the History channel.
