I spoke to Matt and he gave me extremely fair pricing since I was bringing in my own parts that I had found on Facebook marketplace from a matching vehicle. I was expecting to have to wait a week or two to get the car back, but he worked me in and got it back super quick when they had a cancellation! They went out of their way to even remove some pinstriping from the replacement parts so that it matched the rest of the car. They buffed out the replacement headlights so that my daughter would be able to see better and they even Changed out a brake lightbulb for her. These guys went above and beyond And did an excellent job and saved us thousands of dollars. I cannot recommend them enough for your auto body needs !

I'm sorry to say that I did not expect this experience to be any better but I am quite happy to say that this was not the case at Penney's Auto Body Shop. I was not only treated with the upmost respect I was also made aware of everything that had to be done, including any repairs not made before and those costs. The shop manager told me that even though I would be paying the same hourly rate as other smaller jobs, he did not want to have his staff do it because it was too hard. He said that he would rather do a bunch of smaller jobs such as brakes and oil changes than one large larger job even though the pay would be the same. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. He indicated that he was too poorly staffed, lacking Talent to complete larger jobs. The manager was engaging and was polite, but at the same time, dogmatic and insulting to a degree. Not recommended, keep on looking for a shop that is not afraid of your car. I wouldn't be surprised if they come on here and try to turn this around and state some positive things about their business in an effort to use it as free, marketing or advertising, but, enter at your own risk. Is there anything less than one star?

A deer damaged my left front side of by car due to not crossing in a crosswalk. They even detailed the engine compartment. My great Pyrenees rides in my car and they got every spec of dog hair. I felt bad for the detailed. I also recommend them to just detailed your car.
