There is no need for a service that refers you to other services. It is merely a tollbooth to collect more money on the way to a tow. It also introduces unnecessary delay, as well as the possibility of the incorrect transmission of information. In my case, being new to the area, I did not know this. My car broke down at 10:15 a.m., and I did not get a tow until 1:50 p.m., during which period i was sitting in my car on the side of the road. I called H&H, because I was two miles from the center of Solon, and they showed as being located in Solon. Actually, the company they contacted to tow me was in Beachwood. I had to provide H&H endless information, including the exact address I was broken down at, as well as my signature on an electronic invoice and payment for the tow before they even contacted a towing company. It seems that H&H also transmitted an incorrect phone number for me to the company it contacted, causing them not to pick me up when they were supposed to and delaying the process even more. This was a terrible, awful, no good, catastrophically bad experience. And I'm barely letting on what I really think. And by the way, to add insult to injury, I ended up paying over $170 for a two-mile tow.

I went out the first exit I found and I parked, googled and Atlas was my nearest, fastest, responsive, and to be honest, only choice. They came and towed my car, took care of it, changed my alternator, and did a great job overall. They took 24 hours in fixing the issue. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the garage is a bit hidden, but not so hard to find if you pay attention. This is clearly not a chain-like auto service place, but in my experience, nice, decent, respectful hard working men. I will come back again!
