I called this company very polite very nice people. I told them I'm over an hour away. They said they would empty the items out of my car. All it was was three shirts, three pants, some socks, iPhone charger and a folder. They told me they would empty it for me. I thought that was so wonderful so polite they said they would put it in a box with my name and the ladies office. I kept calling for weeks never called me back. Finally they text me and tell me the ladies on vacation well not for many weeks I'm sure I asked about my items in the car. They said they didn't do it now. This is on me. I should've went and got it, but they were nice enough to offer so I emailed my insurance company. They get a hold of whoever has my car and they send me what was in the car just my folder in my iPhone cord. These people never apologize never did anything. I just think it's so crazy. They blew me off, ignored my existence Until I asked them just be honest. Did you get the items or not? Then they went into their whole little spiel who in the hat takes a man's clothes I guess another man lol if you're gonna use this service empty your own car and you should, but I was banged up real bad lived over an hour away. I was so impressed they were gonna do this and they didn't

After researching the issue, I found countless reports from other owners describing transmission failures occurring between 60,000 and 100,000 miles on this model. That sounds like it should considered a recall. I reached out to my local Ford dealership to ask about financial assistance through Ford's "Goodwill Assistance" program. My vehicle meets the program's general eligibility criteria--it's under 100,000 miles and less than seven years old. However, I was quoted $9,492.50 for the repair. Without any financial assistance, a repair of that cost is simply out of reach for many people with a median income. At just 94,000 miles and six years old, I never expected to be without a working vehicle due to a major transmission failure. It's incredibly disappointing, especially after learning how many other owners have experienced similar problems. Because of this experience, I've made the decision that my next vehicle will not be a Ford. That decision isn't one I make lightly. I grew up in a Ford family. I've owned and driven Ford vehicles my entire life because I trusted the brand and believed in the quality of its products. I had genuine brand loyalty. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my confidence in Ford.
