They came and towed my car, took care of it, changed my alternator, and did a great job overall. They took 24 hours in fixing the issue. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the garage is a bit hidden, but not so hard to find if you pay attention. My car was sitting in my driveway with a broken axle after another company towed it there. This…read moreother company had removed the wheel on the broken axle, explaining that this would be safer and would be more sensible under the circumstances. I contacted Always Towing to take my car to the repair shop. Even though I had informed them that the wheel had been removed, the driver was surprised to learn that this was the case. He also didn't have a jack or any other tools with him. I offered to supply my jack, but he declined and left. Thankfully, I was able to hire another company to do the job. This other tow truck driver confirmed that removing the wheel was the right thing to do, and he did the work efficiently.
