My car was sitting in my driveway with a broken axle after another company towed it there. This other company had removed the wheel on the broken axle, explaining that this would be safer and would be more sensible under the circumstances. I contacted Always Towing to take my car to the repair shop. Even though I had informed them that the wheel had been removed, the driver was surprised to learn that this was the case. He also didn't have a jack or any other tools with him. I offered to supply my jack, but he declined and left. Thankfully, I was able to hire another company to do the job. This other tow truck driver confirmed that removing the wheel was the right thing to do, and he did the work efficiently. read more

worst company ever,,,,friendly receptionist who will contiously lie to you about tow truck arrival time,do not rely on this terrible company for any kind of service whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and got assigned this company, over four hours ago. I have been told three times that they were On their way. First 50-84 minutes, then 38 minutes, then they didn't show. Called Roadside assistance again, driver was dispatched. Sixth call, I hey will be there in 20 mins. Called company and no answer. Just cancelled the tow after waiting over five hours. If you are looking for a tow, look somewhere else. All the reviews are terrible and should be taken seriously. If I could give them a negative number of stars, I would. read more

Always Towing - Been sitting here since 2:30 - Towing Near Me - Bedford, Ohio

Should be called - 'Never Towing' DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TOW YOUR VEHICLE. They WILL leave you stranded. I was left waiting 5 hours for a tow. They kept pushing back my pick up time. My car was stalled out on Rte 82 in the turning lane, blocking traffic for 5 hours. Even after multiple calls and stories saying they would be coming. 90-120 minutes was the first arrival time. 5 hours later. NO ONE. Not until another tow company was called. I did see a driver from Always Towing pass me on the road, thinking they were coming to get me, however they left me stranded and DID NOTHING. They will leave you stranded, blocking traffic. They only care about $$ and short tows. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

This company will leave you stranded, cancel, and then say "we're closed" after waiting for literal hours despite being advertised as open 24/7. Use any other towing company that's actually reliable and professional. read more

Truck broke down. Insurance called these people. Gave a 120 minute ETA. After they didn't show up, gave another 40 minute ETA. After not showing up yet AGAIN.... Canceled. Have now been sitting in a hot car for over 3 hours. And now have another 60-90 minute ETA from another company. read more

Terrible service. Pushed ETA back repeatedly with no communication until I called each time. Waited 4 hours for a tow that was supposed to have a 45 minute wait time read more

I called at 11:00am for a tow for my truck. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait, $65 for the tow, +$2 a mile. Sounded reasonable (only because I was only towing 3.2 miles away and didn't feel like calling around). The tow truck showed up early- YAY- about an hour after I called. Took about 25 minutes for him to put my car on the flat bed and fill out all the paperwork for me to sign. Total was $80. (As I expected because tax on everythingggg) Although the tow truck driver was strange and didn't really give me much confidence about handing him over my truck with my keys I would use the service again if I was towing somewhere nearby. read more

This is the worst and should loose their troops A affiliation. The owner is a fraud in my opinion. He hired unequipped people who knows beans about towing and customer service. I had keys locked in car. The guy came with hangers and a flat tool to pry door open. He took almost an hour and you would not believe the gouges he made in my door. The owner refused to pay for the damage and said it was my fault. I hope Karma bites him in the butt. read more

My insurance company paid for this tow and chose the place that would provide the service. My driver arrived about 10 minutes late, no big deal, and was very nice. My only concern was the handling of my vehicle.. as my front end was scrapped on the street when he was attempting to back it onto the truck. Damage was minimal and vehicle is no longer driveable, but under other circumstances this would have been a big problem. read more

Worked there briefly. Two guys in the shop get paid all the money and the flat bed drivers get almost nothing. Main guy who runs the shop and drives the heavy truck doesn't even have a license. Drugs and anger seem to be the rule of that place. read more

Worst towing service ever. Rude and sent me confirmation saying they finished the job and my car wasn't picked up. Horrid.

Two days ago, my family was stranded when our RV broke down on a weekend vacation. It was late Sunday night and we were in a 26ft vehicle -- options are immediately limited. Long story short, Carlos from Always came to the rescue! He was prompt, friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. He made sure we were in a safe place for the night (as we had to wait until Monday to find a service center) and he was careful with our rig. We were truly up a creek without a paddle before Carlos showed up. We are more than grateful (and now, glad to finally be home!) read more

I would have given -5 stars if I could. Very unprofessional, rude & unreliable! I called 24 hours roadside assistance to request towing. They told me Always Towing will be there in an hour, meaning at 10pm. Exactly hour later, at the time I was expecting them to arrive, i get a call back from roadside assistance telling me Always Towing canceled on me.... i called them myself, first time I got automatic voice mail so I called again, lady picked up the phone. She told me they don't service my area, I said its a lie because I have used you before. So than she said ohhh... we only open till 11 & driver has 2 routes already....i said so you made me wait an hour to notify roadside & its getting late & I have to be up early in the morning. She said hold on and she hang up. I called back, she didn't pick up.... What a customer service, especially when on their website its says they are open 24/7.... so unprofessional, rude & unreliable !!! read more

I let the driver into my parking garage to tow my car and as I took the stairs to get to the floor my car was parked on, he just left and wouldn't answer any of my calls. The dispatcher was helpful but the drivers are 0/10 read more

Worst tow experience yet, I waited 6 hours for a tow. It was my own fault for letting them know I was safe at home so every other tow call took priority over me. I spoke to someone 8-9x each time they were 20-30 minutes away. Very frustrating, I ended up missing the tire shop that my warranty is linked to and having to pay $55 to Uber back home only to Uber back the next morning. read more

Worst service ever!! Never showed up. Called the next day still never showed up! Would not ever recommend this company to anyone. Definitely not dependable. And never called to say the status of what was going on. I would rate it no stars read more

Doesn't pay the dispatcher no matter what unless u r a manager, doesnt care if their employees are drunk or high or even straight up worn down or even tired as shit. They prioritize a call on what insurance companies pay them more so if your stuck on the side of the highway forget about calling them because it doesn't matter as much to them unless u use geico or quest for tows. Trucks don't have proper equipment whatsoever and when told don't worry about it the driver can't do a job with out the right equipment and they don't care as long as the job gets done.. So if I were u when calling for a tow jump or flat tire service either b private or going through insurance make sure to tell you insurance company not to have always towing deal with your vehicle. Unless u want to wait forever in a day to b taken care of.. also don't think about working here because when asked on how much u want to make and u say anything greater then 500 a week the owner will agree to it and then pay u way less then what was agreed on read more

Waited for over 2 hours. Kept getting told the truck would be 20-30 more minutes because he was stuck in traffic due to an accident. Had to cancel since they never showed. read more

The worst towing experience ever. They took way longer than they originally told me, every time I called they said another hour. Tow truck driver was so rude and it was obvious he did not want to help. Had a bunch of excuses as to why he could not help me, told me I would have to pay for his towing if he got stuck. Then told me I did not have the right tow hook. He did not help me at all and eventually left without saying a word. What a waste of my time read more

Left me in a snow-filled ditch all night! Kept saying that they were in route and NEVER SHOWED UP. Had to call someone else the next day.

Worst service ! Insurance company used them for roadside , they said an hour . Call after an hour and they say another hour . Don't use them! read more

Never showed up. Did not answer or communicate by phone. All essential in business. Would not recommend.

Painfully slow service. Called for a car unlock and they estimated 1 hour arrival. 2.5 hours later and they were still not there. Contacted another company who then beat them to the scene. If youre stuck on the side of the road youre probably better off pushing your car home then waiting for these guys. read more

I was given this tow truck service through my insurance company..I made the call at 1pm ..I got an text message from them with an ETA of 1 hour...3 hours later and they still never showed. Never heard of this company..now I see why....they have HORRIBLE Service read more

Called my Motorcycle Roadside Assistance to tow a disabled car. They noted the truck driver would show up within the hour. Two hours pass by and I call back and they state he's on the way. I waited again and still no show. It took a total of 3 hours for the driver to show up. The driver seemed upset about the whole ordeal and more annoyed at me because I told him I think the car is in Neutral when it wasn't because he winched it up and it dragged. Not sure why the driver didn't double check. The worst experience about this - I didn't sign any papers. The driver took it to my place of residence and just dropped it off on the side of the road in bottom apron of my driveway. Left the car in Neutral didn't put on the Emergency brake. Didn't wait for me or call me to tell me he was leaving it in the street. Very Rude. read more

Horrible! Avoid like the plague. Kept extending time by half hour and had zero customer service care. Do yourself a favor and never call them. If you do, my prayers are with you. read more

My car company called them at 11.30 am. Came home at 4.30 pm and the car was still in the lot after an ETA of 90 minutes. Called car company again to dispatch them again. New ETA: 20-30 minutes. 45 mins fast forward, no one in sight. Car company put in another order with 3S Towing Wickliffe, ETA:45 mins. 6:14 pm, Always towing calls and says "im the contractor, where you at?!". 6.16 pm 3S Towing calls and says "hello miss, this is Rob from 3S towing, just wanted to let you know that I'll be at your location in 10 minutes" (just 40 mins into 3S ETA). You get the point. 7 HOURS for a tow. I understand (or assume the best intentions) that maybe it wasn't the drivers fault, so DO NOT give these company owners a dime of your money. Ridiculous. read more

I called hyundai roadside assistance, they were to send out a tow truck, from always towing. First they told the eta would be 6:29 pm, then 7:09, then 45 mins later, then at least another 45 mins. So there I sat with my 7 yr old grandson on the side of the road for 4 hours. Then they send a driver that I would not ever want to do business with. Very rude. Good thing I followed the driver to the car lot, he was going to drop it off at the Honda place not Hyundai.. Hello, worst company I have ever dealt with. Diffently will request another towing company to come. Horrible service & customer service....... read more
