As I drove from the parking garage to the circle to pick her up to go home, my front right tire went flat. We called roadside assistance through our insurance agency, and Cameron came to the rescue. My vehicle was a bit of a conundrum, as one lug on each of the front wheels is rounded, rather than beveled (as normal). He was able to plug the tire, and we made the 60 mile drive home safely. Once we managed to get the vehicle on the truck, the driver unloaded the inoperable car in a one-lane driveway that prevented the collision company from operating as usual. Collision company called Porta to have them move the car to continue operating their business as normal and Porta refused and spat expletives over the phone. Have heard that the collision and insurance companies terminated their partnership with this company. FIND ANOTHER TOW SERVICE.

I gave the go-ahead on my car and their service was done within 90 minutes. Fast. Friendly. Courteous! My car drives SO much better than it did before I brought it in.
