That's the manager joe (the lier and scammer) to the left an the disrespectful cop to the right

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WORST BODY SHOP EVER! Please save yourself the time an the headache! I don't know where to begin first the body shop manager joe committed fraud to the insurance company made them fix things on my car that I told him wasn't apart of the accident he said it was ok the insurance company won't fight it,(show what type of person he is already)so he went ahead an fixed it an did a horrible job so I brought it back for him to fix their mistakes an now there's more damage to my car. I asked to speak to someone higher than him he wouldn't let me speak to no one else instead he called the cops an had me an my 6 year old son escorted out it was literally the worst experience because the cop was very disrespectful as well told me to leave or I'm going to jail an he's going to take my son an tow my car. it was insane!!

Kid friendly!

Here's the kicker.. the tire pressure sensor is still not fixed and neither is the radio. So here I am today bringing to back to get the tire sensor looked at again! Scheduled my appointment for the morning and stated I need to pick up my truck at 2pm. It is now 3pm and my truck STILL HAS NOT BEEN BrOUGHT IN AGAIN!!!!!! Avoid this place like the plague.

Still waiting for GENERAL MANAGER TONY BLACK to call me about horrible service dept / sales…read moretestdrive experience after SEVERAL REQUESTS! Even talked with JESSICA at SPITZER CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS regarding my overall SALES/SERVICE on May 28, 2026 and a week later STILL NO CALLBACK! As soon as bully Sales Manager TED SAWICKI learned from Salesperson ASHLEY that i was not purchasing a vehicle that day, i was ABRUPTLY ordered out of the showroom to go back to the service dept and wait for my oil change to be completed. ALL ABOUT GRABBING THE MONEY, and nothing to do with TREATING THE CUSTOMER RIGHT. So now, this is a NEW REQUEST for Alan Spitzer and/or Allison Spitzer to contact me ASAP, please!

I didn't have a co-signer and was looking for something under 10k. The manager then comes out and shakes my hand and tells me they have one SUV that I qualified for. It was a 2005 GMC Denali. 140,000 miles and a cracked windshield. I asked if there were any sedans available, I was told "no". I was also assured that if I wanted to qualify for a better car selection, I'd need a co-signer. I called a woman who works in the car industry for years. She strongly suggests that if you are trying to rebuild your credit, go to the big chain dealerships... Liberty, Ganley, Motor Cars, etc. They have programs "special financing" for those who are trying to get a reliable car without the insane miles and who don't have the best credit. Dealerships like this will just put you in cars that are on their last leg. I wanted to see what they had and was disappointed in how management specifically treats potential customers. Bottom line, people need cars and may just take a chance with dealerships like these. Be careful.

Sam and Mike were very nice before the sale and next to impossible to contact after the sale. So, I had the truck delivered to me for 595.00. While it was coming off the delivery truck I could see an exhaust leak. Once down and I inspected I saw that the paint was in terrible shape. Scratches on the entire truck including the roof! Looks like someone took light sand paper to the entire vehicle! The drivers seat is broken. Needed new exhaust and manifold! Heat blower does not work on low or medium. They did not even clean the inside or change the oil as promised! Also, the tailgate is broken and just lays on the bumper with no other support! So, I finally got in contact with Mike after having to use a different phone so they would answer! Mike said that they would not help out with any of the costs even though they blatantly lied to me about every aspect of this truck! I am a veteran and Sam acted like I was getting something special and assured me that this truck was in great shape! Liars. I would not recommend these grifters to anyone! No honor and very disrespectful after the sale!

I'm sure the codes were cleared momentarily to manipulate the sale. At the time of the sale, I purchased the extended warranty and Next Step was pushy about their shop doing the repairs. The car was with them for months often on because the repairs were so poorly done. The Audi dealership said upon the initial inspection after I purchased the vehicle, reported the repairs would exceed the value of the car, keep in mind this was shortly after the purchase because the check engine lights were on. The car was inspected by 2 independent mechanics after Next Steps "New Engine" installment and the overwhelming report is that the NEXT STEP should never touch a vehicle again. Bolts were missing parts were put in the wrong place, hoses weren't connected properly. The list goes on and on it was about a 10 page detailed report from each in evaluator. The independent mechanics were disgusted that NEXT STEP would take advantage of a customer because Audi prides itself on brand loyalty rather than making a quick slimy sale. Don't walk away from this place, RUN. It's more like NEXT "MISTAKE" rather than NEXT STEP.

Once in Maryland I had to change the tires as they were bald and Matt refused to replace them before purchase. Then I had the car inspected at the local Mercedes' dealer and it had a major oil leak that had to be repaired in addition to all the maintenance required at 60k miles. Next step Auto Sales does not service their vehicles before selling them. Their goal is to stick you with maintenance costs and not take any liability for the condition of their cars before selling them. The Mercedes' dealer quoted 4K worth of maintenance required after inspection. I purchased the car for 27k. Steve the dealer owner denied the oil leak even though Mercedes' listed this issue on their inspection report. Steve also refused to honor the dealer warranty that came with the vehicle purchase which includes the engine and was quoted for 90 days / 3000 miles. I would not recommend buying a car from this shade tree dealer. Customer satisfaction is not on their radar at all! They just want to get your money and leave you stuck with a poorly maintained vehicle. Very sad. Below are pictures of the air filter and cabin air filter of the Mercedes' that they claimed to have serviced before the sale. Laughable to say the least. These guys should change their dealer name to "3 steps back auto sales"! If it was not for them having the particular car I wanted with the options I was looking for I would not even have bought a car from a non factory sponsored dealer like this one. Not hard to see the difference in customer service and the vehicle condition when using a low budget shady dealer such as this one. Stay away!
