Took my car to the father and son who run this shop for an overheating issue. I got it fixed by…read morethem fairly quickly, got my car back by the end of the week paid betwern $500-600. couple weeks after my vehicle overheated again and I took it back up to them. They said that this time it was my heater core and has quoted me $940 before tax, couple days later he called me back saying it's gonna be another $100+ for a recharge. I agreed with the price despite just dumping $500-600 a couple weeks prior. my car has been with them since August 18th and is currently still working on this issue. when I call for an update the response that I received is the same " yeah I'm working on it right now. This is a big job. It's gonna take some time to do." then proceeds to ask me if I'm able to come down and look at their progress. Coming down to look at the progress doesn't really help me when I just need to know when my car is going to be done this is already been very costly. Within the last few weeks. I just don't understand how I have continue to wait over a week for a job that does not take this long when it could've originally been fixed when I took the car in the first time two weeks ago when I paid the five to $600 The issue of overheating. Whenever I call for an update, there are always seems to be some sort of unprofessional tone or manner being spoken as if they are annoyed or frustrated with me calling and checking on my car. And every time I call just the same response that the job takes a long time and that it should be done, but keeps taking longer and longer and will not be back again. They did a phenomenal job on my breaks and even something as simple as an oil change they still took to time to change the filter and put air in my tires.
