So I went this morning and he was on his way out to an appt. He ran outside and asked if I could come back in an hour as he needed to get to this appt. I said sure and left. He was very apologetic but I get it, life happens and we all have things that pop up. I went back around 12:45 and waited a bit as there was another customer in the bay ahead of me. As soon as the other car was complete I was waived into the bay. I showed him the Groupon and I accidentally purchased the incorrect Groupon for my vehicle (I have a Jetta) oops so he told me he would honor that one and had me pull up Groupon to see what the cost would be if I had purchased the correct one. He just charged me the difference for the one I had purchased and the cost of the one I should've purchased. I know for next time. It's a small business with two bays. I think it's just him and one other employee. He's very nice and I like to support small family businesses. I was in and out pretty quick too. He told me my tires pressure was really low.
