Karl was extremely pleasant, quickly gave me the estimate, and talked to me like I was an important client. The insurance tried to tell him that they had found the part I needed, the back lift door, and he advised them the one they had picked was not insurance worthy, basically, it was a piece of garbage. He already had found the part and the insurance agreed to use the one Karl had located. Karl had the car done one day early, and the work looks amazing. You can't tell there was any damage. He (they) did a fabulous job, I would highly recommend Brothers!!

Most recently he thought he could repair the fender on my CRV but once he got in there he realized that a fender replacement was the better solution. While I wasn't crazy about the extra $ since I was paying out of pocket, I appreciated his explanation of why this was a better solution considering my car is only 3 years old. I hope I don't need collision repairs in the future, but if I do I won't hesitate taking my car back to Brothers Auto Collision.

The shop manager told me that even though I would be paying the same hourly rate as other smaller jobs, he did not want to have his staff do it because it was too hard. He said that he would rather do a bunch of smaller jobs such as brakes and oil changes than one large larger job even though the pay would be the same. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. He indicated that he was too poorly staffed, lacking Talent to complete larger jobs. The manager was engaging and was polite, but at the same time, dogmatic and insulting to a degree. Not recommended, keep on looking for a shop that is not afraid of your car. I wouldn't be surprised if they come on here and try to turn this around and state some positive things about their business in an effort to use it as free, marketing or advertising, but, enter at your own risk. Is there anything less than one star?

A deer damaged my left front side of by car due to not crossing in a crosswalk. They even detailed the engine compartment. My great Pyrenees rides in my car and they got every spec of dog hair. I felt bad for the detailed. I also recommend them to just detailed your car.

I dropped off my car to Mario and he said no problem to fix and paint my bumpers and fix a spot on my roof. they cut my windshield seal and the paint is bubbling everywhere they touched. there is silver paint coming thru the blue the bumper don't line up. they did not install the parts I provided or the bumper reinforcement for the rear bumper. not only that my car does not run right after getting it back from them twice. I have had it at 3 different shops trying to figure out what they did but still nothing. to anyone considering this place please do your research. I was better off driving it crashed like I did for a year before I had it fixed. it's a complete loss at this point and I'm thinking about scrapping it now. and on top of all of that. Instead of providing an estimate, a mechanic hijacked my car and began violently smashing my suspension with a sledgehammer and I was informed I have fresh torch marks on my suspension n looked like someone put a new axel on car without my knowledge I specifically told Steve n the two women in front office and the mechanic several times I was there for an estimate only they all continued to ignore me it was absolutely rotten I was only there for an estimate n now my car is completely inoperable. I was told I have two bent tie rods leaking bushings That mechanic has rendering my steering completely unsafe and the vehicle entirely inoperable. Shockingly, they let me drive out of the shop in this lethal condition, completely endangering my life. (I'm like a favorite customer now; over the last 5 years, I've brought in my 2008 RAV4 for several bodywork repairs, and Jack even personally repaired (welded) some lawn equipment for me earlier this year.) Thorough I went to Collision Pros in May for a quick estimate after some kids threw a rock denting my hood (and scratching the windshield glass, which I hadn't noticed at first). Their estimate came in just a little lower than the official insurance estimate I got later. Also, they noticed that my front glass was scratched and while not a danger, they recommended replacing it as well, since it could develop cracks after a freeze-thaw cycle. They also said they'd take care of some unrelated rust spots that had developed with age. Speedy Dave had it repaired, repainted, and back to me within a week, matching my paint and installing a higher quality aftermarket windscreen than what I had previously installed after the original glass had developed cracks. High-quality When I got my car back, the paint looked great, the dent and rust were gone, and they had even vacuumed and washed my car inside and out!! So kind!! I'll keep coming back!
