The radiator was leaking and Miracle Auto Body was recommended by the Conrad's across the street from them when they could not do anything for the car. The car ended up needing a lot of work to replace the front end and the radiator. Miracle can be hard to find since it is a little shop tucked in behind other buildings on Detroit and the drive is off of Lakewood Ave. Just a little old school shop that has a small lot, but they do great work. Jim did a great job working with the claims rep for Progressive and coordinating the repair. Since it is a small shop they may not always answer the phone when you call, but they always got back to me with updates, pricing and where the process was. They were much better at keeping me apprised then Progressive was. While the car was in for the major repairs I also had them fix a rust spot and they priced out some other repairs; they were good about helping me to have the most important repairs done. With my schedule picking the car could have been challenging, but Miracle made it easy, they met me first thing in the morning with my car at the Lakewood Enterprise location and I drove back to the shop to finish the paperwork. The car looks incredible, the repairs are really well done. In addition they did a great job of cleaning up the interior of the car which was a really nice bonus. It is like I got a new car back from them. I would strongly recommend Miracle Auto Body as long as you can be a bit patient with the process of getting your car repaired. It is clear that they take pride in their work and it is great to support a local business.

On the 4th one I was told it WOULD crack and was not covered by a warranty. And yes, it did after about a year. We were going to Canada (20190719 - Friday) and wanted to have either the frame/windshield replaced, or at least the windshield prior to going. I contacted A Touch of Class and they immediately provided me with a quote for a replacement of both, and then contacted me to drop off the vehicle on 0715 - Monday. On Wednesday they notified me that the job was complete and ready for pickup. (Every summer we take the side windows out - we have full doors - and roll up the back window. It stays that way until fall. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was sitting outside with the entire back end wrapped in plastic - just in case it rained!) The new frame (and hinges) looked amazing. So amazing, that the rest of the Jeep really looks like sh*t! My wife and I are already discussing other possible areas that could use their service.
