I was very lucky to find Miracle Auto Body; I was in Lakewood and unfortunately I hit a curb with the lower front of my Honda Fit. The radiator was leaking and Miracle Auto Body was recommended by the Conrad's across the street from them when they could not do anything for the car. The car ended up needing a lot of work to replace the front end and the radiator. Miracle can be hard to find since it is a little shop tucked in behind other buildings on Detroit and the drive is off of Lakewood Ave. Just a little old school shop that has a small lot, but they do great work. Jim did a great job working with the claims rep for Progressive and coordinating the repair. Since it is a small shop they may not always answer the phone when you call, but they always got back to me with updates, pricing and where the process was. They were much better at keeping me apprised then Progressive was. While the car was in for the major repairs I also had them fix a rust spot and they priced out some other repairs; they were good about helping me to have the most important repairs done. With my schedule picking the car could have been challenging, but Miracle made it easy, they met me first thing in the morning with my car at the Lakewood Enterprise location and I drove back to the shop to finish the paperwork. The car looks incredible, the repairs are really well done. In addition they did a great job of cleaning up the interior of the car which was a really nice bonus. It is like I got a new car back from them. I would strongly recommend Miracle Auto Body as long as you can be a bit patient with the process of getting your car repaired. It is clear that they take pride in their work and it is great to support a local business. read more

He and his crew have worked on my car twice, once after a winter storm, and once, when I had some backend damage from running into a garage door. Both times they were more than proficient, pleasant, kind, thorough, with overly great attention to detail. I recently took my car into Miracle Auto Body after someone backed up into my car, which result in dent and scratches on the panel near the front driver's side panel. I live in Lakewood so I thought I would give Miracle Auto Body a shot, especially after seeing the favorable reviews here. I received a quote shortly after I arrived. I also had a minor paint scratch on the front bumper. I was informed that it would be taken care of for free. The shop was pretty busy and I wasn't able to get in for a few weeks, but the damage wasn't that bad, so it didn't matter. They provided me a ride to and from my apartment, which was very nice on two cold January days! I am definitely pleased with the work and, to top it off, they cleaned my car inside and out! I would definitely use Miracle Auto Body again. Like others have said, the body shop is tucked away on a side street and the parking lot is a bit tight. Don't let that stop you, though! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place! First, Jim and his employees are incredibly professional, respectful, and dedicated. I had to have my front grill replaced, a new windshield, and an LED turn signal installed. Jim diligently searched for better prices on parts, and the finished product was impeccable, including matching my paint on the new grill. You may have to wait a bit to get in because of their business volume, but it is well worth it. Excellent service, price, and attitude. This place is a real find. Oh! Miracle auto body is a great place to take your car. Jim has helped me out of a jam not once but twice. On June 10, 2013 my wife's car and mine were involved in a accident. We were referred to Miracle Auto Body for the repair estimate. The owner Jim Mosbruger was very friendly and got us our quotes in a very timely manner. We decided to go with them as we felt the quote was very reasonable. When the quote was approved, Jim ordered the parts and let us know that they were in and when we should bring our cars in for the work to be done. He drove us up to the car rental to pick up our rentals. Jim finished the repairs in three days. When we went to pick up our cars, we arrived a little early and one of the cars was still being detailed. We picked one up and Jim offered to drive the other out to our home in North Ridgeville and picked up that rental to return it for us. The quality of the experience and the work completed was excellent and I would highly recommend Miracle Auto Body for your auto repair. They could use a little better signage as they are located back off of a side street. I drove right by the entrance the first time going there. read more

I was referred to Miracle Auto Body for some urgently needed repair work -- I had to have the core support replaced in my 2001 Stratus R/T and while they were "in there" they noted that I would have to replace the strut towers in about a year, so I had all of the work done at once. The owner, Jim, kept in contact with me regarding the status of the parts and the work. The work was completed in the timeframe indicated and the workmanship was exemplary; I have had other/mechanical work done on the car (replaced the clutch) and the individuals who replaced the clutch commented on the front end work that had been done and how well it had been done! After a incident where someone decided to side swipe my car, I took my car there for an evaluation/quote. Of course, my insurance was willing to pay for this but since I had good service before, I hope to get it again. This time, I was approached with more of a grimace than with pleasure (granted I did just walk in on a Saturday) but I was distraught from the event. So the I has a few dents on the side of my car and the front and rear bumpers were cracked. The bumpers were pretty straight forward... they just need to be replaced. But the dents on side, he recommended to cut off a part of the rear panel (thus breaking the integrity of the entire panel) and have that replaced and re-painted. I inquired if they would just be able to pop the dents and repaint (the dents were not THAT deep) of which he told me no. I took my car to another auto body shop (the one my insurance recommended) and they did a great job. They told me they just popped the dents and painted it. Obviously choosing an auto body shop is like choosing your doctor, but make sure that to get a second opinion if you dont think it is right. read more
