The work is A-1, no issues on that department. However the lies behind the owner are real. He keeps taking more work that he can handle, so its force to tell the customers that they send the wrong parts. Typical story with this auto body shops. I keep taking my car back and fore, because he keeps lien to me. I couldn't get to it, over and over for over three months. That goes to show the uneducated and disrespect to the customers. If you start a business make sure you are capable able to keeping your promises. Sorry but I can't trust this business again. read more

Dealing with auto body shops is painful in general. You never really get what you expect from them - price, time, etc. Parma Auto Body is no different. I took my vehicle to them after an accident to have body work done. Despite promises of being done in 2 days, it took nearly 3 weeks. In the end, my car rental was almost as expensive as the repair. They worked with me a bit on pricing, but after throwing in the cost of my rental, there was no savings at all. In fact, to make it worse, I actually had to take my vehicle back later because one of the parts malfunctioned. They provided a car for us this time but it was a huge hassle and they made us pay for the car upfront and reimbursed us later. Not pleased. I will probably not use them again if for no reason other than they take wayyyyyyyy too long to complete the repairs. read more
