It was present when I brought my vehicle in for repairs and as far as I could tell was not damaged in the crash. I reached out to Crash Champions for an explanation and they initially claimed it needed a wire repaired on it, now they are claiming it was never removed. I'm not sure if someone there stole it or if they just can't keep track of the parts of peoples vehicles, but I would not suggest Crash Campions for vehicle repairs.

Sheriff on scene stated obvious, "That's not legal to drive at night", then asked if the vehicle was drivable, said I think so, he said better hurry, it's getting dusk. So I did. My ins. Claims agent informed me of the rider on my policy for a rental when car not drivable and/or in shop, picked up rental as instructed, given a list of shops to pick from, Crash Champions being their top suggested one, they hooked me up with Crash Crash Champions, this was a Thursday, they weren't going to be able to get me in until next Thursday, I said geez that's awhile, well honey, she said, there was a lotta ice this week causing a lotta wrecks. I sad I guess if that's the earliest, ok, so it was set for 3pm that afternoon, she then asked where will they be sending the tow truck? I let her know since that was in broad daylight I would be able to drop it off and have another person pick me up from there. Said ok, got of phone with me, obviously didn't really LISTEN to me, only heard I wouldn't be paying for one of the services they offered, and contacted my insurance agency and informed them my car was drivable! Next thing I know another ins cust serv rep. Is calling me telling me Crash Champions advised them the car was drivable and my rental was cxlled and I needed to return it immediately! Now this obviously all got straightened out, as there were PICTURES taken of vehicle, that I, having worked in the insurance field many years ago know they all had access to on one of their screens in front of them, all they had to do was look at them to see that there was no way to legally drive anytime headlights would be needed. Claims agent after straightening out the false rental cxl then contacted same lady who set my appt. And suddenly they could get me in on Monday! I said they shouldn't have made a statement about my car without seeing it, and mentioned my friends a lawyer, suddenly they weren't comfortable working with me, I was 100% ok with that as the feeling was frankly mutual, so was directed to Gerber's Auto body and they said it was a complete total. Because the front was sheared off, and I guess building it back so it can have headlights was cost prohibited. Crash Champions want to gobble up ALL the insurance money they can with their agreement to work with State Farm, when they are denied something, they will report YOU as if you are the claims fraud! I find their retributive action towards me, and inability to make my business a priority until they were called out for being wrong, suspect. These things lead me to question the honesty of their dealings with insurance claims, I'm sure their relationship with State farm is lucrative, I'm hoping in future they will be watched a little closer for services they get paid for in this arrangement and their customer service complaints taken seriously by the insurance commissioner of Ohio.

The estimate got stuck paying for an…read more$800 windshield that was supposed to be on my repair because I had a large truck my brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado smashed the front end. The windshield had already had a small rock chip in it. I was scheduled to get the rock chip repaired with glue when the truck hit the front end of my truck. The windshield cracked all the way across up and down they were supposed to replace it and they did not. They told me to go through company said that the collision center said the windshield happened another right on my estimate saying that that was part of the repair so now I am stuck paying at $800 windshield repair that should have never been my problem I called them several times they say they're gonna get back to me and they never do. I filed another claim and still never hear nothing back. They blame it on the insurance company. They insurance company can come in and change the estimate and there's nothing you can do about it you're stuck paying with whatever doesn't get repaired.

All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

I purchased a topper for my truck and had it paint matched. I didn't have high expectations for…read moreMaaco to begin with, this is my first job I've had them do. They painted the topper in a timely manner but the tape job was horrible and you could still see the original blue color, along with that the color was a lot lighter than the truck. Maaco took it back and repainted it to fix their mistake, and used the machine to color match the truck this time. The color is spot on the second time around, there's still some over spray, orange peel, and a very small amount of the original paint showing but I'm happy with it for the price. The owner of the shop is very nice and was very cooperative. Overall the quality assurance of the product and attention to detail just isn't there. Not sure if I would recommend them. But unfortunately it's the only option I could find for color match paint jobs.

Still taking my car here two years later. I don't really understand the negative reviews I've seen…read morebecause I have never experienced any kind of unprofessionalism from this place. The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. You can't please everyone but this place has way more positive reviews than negative and I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
