A good friend of mine highly recommended Copley Auto and Collision for some minor body work. I could not be more impressed. The estimate was reasonable and they could repair my truck in just a few days. The actual cost ended up being much less than the estimate! It only took them a day to do the work. In addition I had just bought wipers but did not install them before taking the truck to the shop. I got a call asking if they could install the wipers! I made an appointment the other day to have my car serviced here. I was greeted upon arrival with a sign saying "Guns welcome. Good Marksmanship appreciated" proudly displayed above the front desk. I turned around and walked out after explaining to the owner that he had lost my business. It's not ok to take a flippant attitude towards gun violence. It's highly unprofessional. I would never patronize this business. I instead took my car to All Pro West Mark Auto and they took me in without an appointment, were kind, honest, and professional, offered reasonable prices, did not try to upsell me at all, and did a terrific job on the repair. read more

This place is the absolute worst. They are LAZY, it takes forever to get anything done with them and they constantly change the date on when things are done. The mechanics are rude and do not care about getting anything done in a timely appropriate manner. Save yourself the headache and your time and go somewhere else. read more

I have read the reviews on here, and I can't explain them. All I know is my history with them. These guys have been great to me. I've been taking all of my cars here for several years. They are always timely (ready when they say it will be), reasonably priced, and polite. The other day, I brought my car in for some awful clunking sounds coming from the rear suspension. I figured it was the anti-swaybar or end links. They looked at the swaybar, end links, brakes, struts and springs, and lubed everything up really well. Poof, the sound was gone. No charge!! Gave me the keys back and said to come back if the sound came back. So far, so good. Great service (typical). read more

Quick & Affordable service. Took my car in to get an estimate on a dent - dropped it off at night after close and was called with an estimate by 8:30am the next day. They even fixed the dent by EOD! I agree with the previous person. I had a break issue at lunch and work right down the street. Several of my co-workers take their car here for the convenience. My quote was $200-250 higher than other places. When I called them back and told them I was taking my car elsewhere, they hung up on me. Perhaps they might have wanted to know what their competitors are quoting? Maybe even offer a better price? They have no idea how to treat people. I am advising my co-workers and company not to use them. read more
