We had asked them to do a lot of little things and they did none of them. They had our car for two weeks and did basically nothing. But you get charged for hours and somehow they claim to have spent a lot of time on it, I really don't know how. My car isn't new and has a good amount of miles but it feels new. The Easterling Bros maintain my car and i worry about nothing. We just took a 1600 mile round trip with no issues at all in my older vehicle. Next month i will get new tires from them and aside from general maintenance including oil change, i have a "like new" car. Making an appointment is super easy. The prices are great and visiting them feels like visiting family. They did a great job inspecting the car for our trip. I wish i could put ten stars up there. They deserve all of them.

Went in for a rattle sound possibly cv joints or hub bearings and inspection. I was told it only…read moreneeded ball joints. I had the work done paid $330 and drove away but the rattle was still loud. They told me they dont know maybe struts but I knew it wasn't. I bought sway bar end links and control arm to have them installed. Another $300 to fix the rattle but of course it was still there. I then took it to Tallmadge Auto/Tire and they told me immediately it was the hub bearings and that Market muffler didn't even tighten the axle nut it was completely off. Mind you Ray the mechanic told me the car was good and ready to drive to south carolina! On top on their incompetence they were rude and dismissive and their mistake could have cost my life or at least catastrophic damage to my vehicle! Never take your car here if you value your life and your money!
