It took over three hours, with no communication, no updates, and zero sense of urgency. This isn't a complicated service. The delay felt like overbooking and poor shop management, not anything related to the car. Watching cars come and go while mine sat untouched didn't help. On top of that, the waiting area was uncomfortable -- no heat and no coffee. If you're going to make people sit around that long, the bare minimum is a decent environment. If you value your time, skip this location and go somewhere that respects appointments and actually runs an efficient operation.

Absolute disaster. The movie: 'Idiocracy' litterally come to life, live, in person. I had all…read morefour tires replaced. Tires were never balanced properly. They said I had nothing wrong with my suspension even though it is squeaking so loud when you just turn the wheel. Turns out, their sister store in Chappel Hill disagreed. They looked at my car and said it isn't even safe to drive. Three control arms need to be replaced-- not much holding the suspension together.... And I had to pay them to re-balance my wheels the Firestone on S. Main St. balanced in the first place. Chapel Hill gave me half off because they said they were so bad-- one even had lots of extra weights in it they said... I would not trust them with my kids bicycle-- honest to Christ. And so rude, so so rude. You could not pay me to go back in there again; even if they said the tires were free. They left me so unsafe I'm actually considering calling an attorney. If you go here, be warned. PS: I would give it "0" stars, but it won't let me.

So i figured why not. 24 hours later I've got a check engine light, that codes P0128, for coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature. I called and let them know. Waiting to hear back from a manager. If they fix what they broke, I'll change my review. But if I have to pay for this out of my pocket, I won't ever be coming back. I'll buy a jack and just start doing it myself. Edit: Stopped at the shop after work. They verified that I had the P0128 code. Told me I had to take it to a shop and they would "review tapes to see if they did anything wrong". And that if they did, they'd pay me back. Nah. My car was fine until these guys touched it. Now I get to buy parts and waste my buddies time fixing their mess. Because I can't afford a shop. After already spending $175 for a stupid oil change and coolant exchange. If course it's not going to be their fault. So I'm out $175, plus the parts I'm gonna have to get. They aren't gonna cover that. Great job guys. Could have just admitted you messed up. Fixed your mistake. Kept a customer. Instead you made me feel like I'm just a joke. Great job loosing a customer. Definitely don't have all this money to waste. I will not be back. Guess I'll be calling the BBB tomorrow, and hopefully I'll actually get results. Pathetic experience.
