I know exactly what they broke and they diddnt fix it or even acknowledge it until I said it and try to tell me how impossible it was to fix something that I myself know how to fix. But I have a neuro muscular disease, so i myself cannot fix it and that's why this is so frustrating.

All of the staff from the front office to the mechanics are friendly, courteous, and take the time to explain what is wrong with my vehicles, options for fixing them and then complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. I don't trust any other mechanics like I trust Curtis, Pablo and Paul. They never treat me like "the little lady who doesn't understand"- even if I need a second explanation. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
