As of the time I'm writing this review i am in line to get service at this location. Got here at 3:40 at 4:14 they have cycled but one car out. This spot has a serious service time issue and if there is a line any deeper than 2 cars. Dont bother. You will be in line for at least 40 minutes and it will take ay least an hour to get in and out. I have no clue what takes them so long but it is the slowest service I have seen of any of these locations I never got my wipers changed. I waited for a collective of one hour and 20 minutes and never got inside. Go somewhere else if u value your time. read more

man, they saw a BMW, and uncharged like crazy, I've been going here for quite a while now, all of my oil changes for my car as been done here, this time, it was different. I had a $25 coupon off coupon. got the top premium service, had 2 filters changed (one costing $50, the other $30); when it was all said and done, somehow, some way, including the $25 coupon, I was charged a little over $240. the customer service was nice and cool, the integrity wasn't. I was charged +13 for oil filter -- I thought it to be included, even if not, wasn't told about. also, nearly an additional $24 dollars for 2 quarts of oil, which I wasn't informed about -- oh, and I was told that my fluids (windshield fluid and so were topped off? cool, and thanks, but I'm aware that I have a hole in it, so when a certain amount is poured in there, it spills out - so, yea lol). had a good run for quite some time, but clearly time to move elsewhere. read more

About 4 months ago I had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. I was in need of an oil change and have been going to this location (even under a different name) for 20 years. I gave them a terrible review becasue of the way I was treated and how I witnessed another customer be treated. Today I was in need of an oil change and decided if he was there I wouldn't stay as I had no issues with the service technicians that took care of my vehicle. Today's experience was as my previous Take 5 professional experience and my faith in them had been redeemed. Kimberly took care of me as did the service tech, I let the new manager know that I was hesitant to come becasue of my last experience but decided to give them another try. She apologized for his behavior and thanked me for returning, we had a pleasant conversation about my previous experience and I told her I would get back on to let folks know it's back to normal. read more

Great personality's and super friendly people. Price is even reasonable. Only giving one star because they poured/spilled oil on the side of the engine block and exhaust manifolds and didn't clean it up. Smoked like a chimney and smelled even worse. Sure it's a little accident but that should have been addressed when it happened yet was not. Would have been great had they said "hey spilled oil on the block and Exhaust manifold, it may smoke for a bit" even. Nope had to stop in parking lot about 15 minutes later to see what was smoking under my hood. Won't go back. What can make a company great is what they do when something doesn't go perfect. I went in for a basic oil change. It ended up costing around $100! The service was lousy. I even tried to present a coupon and they acted as if their systems were down. They didn't offer any other services to me. I will NEVER return to a rip-off Take 5 Oil Change!!! They offered us water with the caps and bottles being dirty! The whole vibe was just off. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Such a rip-off and nothing was explained ahead of time of what the cost would be. This company is a total RIP-OFF!! read more

I was an trainee at the canton ohio location for about a week and the manager was extremely moody all the time. She has recently let me go just because I asked for help from the other lube techs and I was a trainee so i didn't know what the policies of the company were plus I have ADHD and the manager told me in a nice way I'm retarded and said she used to say that when I was little. And she said she had a son with ADHD and she said she beaten her son before. the lube techs were extremely helpful I will say that during the course of my training they have showed me what I was supposed to do so that's a plus however the only thing I would say is that their discrimination policies are horrible and they dont give a flying crap about the workers. I'm already suing I have my lawyers contacted and the case may be in the state of New York read more

This is the best oil change experience I've ever had. The customer service was superb. I just moved to Ohio from California and needed a new oil change place. I'll give 1 star because, until I ran into the issue I'll discuss, they were friendly. The problem was in September of 2021 I took my car in for an oil change. They couldn't get the filter off (special filter type Corolla). They called someone else in and 3 times I took it back for them to try. Finally, the last guy admitted they broke it (their records showed I had been bringing the car to them regularly since I started with them) and told me to take it to a car mechanic and have it fixed, and they would pay for it. The mechanic said Take 5 used the wrong tool and broke the filter plate (or something) but they fixed it at a reasonable cost (A tad over $100), which was good as they thought more serious damage might have been caused but luckily it wasn't. I got it fixed and took them the bill. The manager said they would take care of it. Numerous calls and emails were made by me to Bill at the corporate office. He said they would send me a check. Never happened. After trying for a couple months, they stopped answering my calls and ignored my emails. Contacting the BBB was useless as most everyone is aware. Bill still will not take my calls and seems to have just swept this under the rug. My dad emailed him but got no response. If you run into an issue here, the chances are you're on your own.
