Two cars in front of me left- they got tired of waiting! ... that put me next in line (20 minute wait from that point) I had already waited 15 minutes. I am now in the bay and they are doing my oil change but want to sell me this, that and every other service they offer. And THAT my friends is why you wait so long and it is not a quick oil change. My advice to you is to have people make an appointment for all those extra services that "only take 20 minutes"... if I add on 3 services that "only take 20 minutes" I've just added on an hour and have tied up a bay for someone that "just wants an oil change".

After completing oil change service and went home ...noticed my car was smoking and a heavy smell of burnt oil... i let my car run for 30 mins and was still smoking!!! i thought it was only a small drip of burning oil but found out that oil spilled around the engine! I brought it back to have them clean the oil around - the engine and drip tray (i initially thought it was from the drip tray only) but they noticed the oil-engine cover was not secured or closed properly after the service - so oil spilled out aound the engine. The issue I have is the driving back and forth (my time and gas) and the mess of oil i have on my garage... since they did not close the oil lid / cover properly. They cleaned the oil spill around the engine and have me drive around to burn excess oil ... but it was a waste of my gas and my time due to their negligence to insure everything is back after oil change service. By the way- no reminder -sticker for next scheduled oil change was provided too. I think they need to follow a checklist (standard steps) - to have customers gain confidence of their services. I have to find another place for cheaper and better oil change service/s around North Canton OH area. I hope the owner implements a better system-check/process.

SUPER CONS: Had you listened to the tech, you'd have assumed that this visit was the first time my 2016 vehicle had ever been serviced (it was clearly not) the case). Per their review, my vehicle needed basically every single service they offered. From a tire rotation to belts, transmission fluid to coolant flush, new battery and every kind of filter they sold. Basically it was gonna be around $2k in additional "stuff" that I undoubtedly needed. I've been to timeshare presentations that were less pushy. I think next time I'll go somewhere that just does and oil change without the timeshare presentation.

I brought my jeep up there the same day... they told me I was leaking gear fluid pretty bad.. recommended fluid exchange before it ruins my car.. there was no leakage on driveway until I got home that was the first sign... the problem is I know about identifying leaks and that my car was not leaking before that... for at that time I was a lube tech at Chevy... this is the only location ive had an issue with...

"Caveat Emptor" Went to Fix-It with Fred for a needed oil change and the air conditioner was…read moreblowing warm air. Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.

My 2023 Elantra has 50k on it and was recently serviced by Fred. I had a fuel induction/injector cleaning service (I think that is what it is called lol) and the car is running as good as the day it was brand new. I highly recommend Fred and his crew.
