Excellent experience. I just picked up our '09 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I brought it in for a serious repair that unexpectedly became necessary while visiting from out of town. I initially stopped by a popular local shop recommended by family members and they had no availability for almost month! I used Yelp and found this Firestone location. From the first call to check availability, my experience with Jason and this location has been fabulous. As a military spouse whose service member, the one who normally handles car care issues, is overseas, it can be disconcerting to have a major repair issue. Jason did a great job being clear and speaking in simple terms so I would understand what was needed and happening with the vehicle. During the repair, the technician found that due to the need for exclusive tools, I should have the major repair completed at Jeep. Jason took the initiative to call locally and found my wait would be 2 weeks. That isn't an option for me as we are in the process of a cross country move, so he and the tech decided they could conduct a sufficient fix until I could get to a Jeep service dept at my destination. In addition to the fix, I had an oil change, new filter and new tires. I wish this location was local to me. I would take my vehicle here for primary maintenance. Hoping I can find an equally great Firestone location at our new home in southern California! (I started this review in April, but never posted it. They need to get a master tech that is experienced. Had work done on brakes rotors. Took in to get tires at another place and they said and showed me rotors had very large grooves in them and worn v to one side. They should never of done that. It was a year and 1 month and 15,000 miles. read more

I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for 8:00 am, which I verified by showing the store manager the email confirmation when I arrived. Despite this, my information could not be found in your system. Once the manager located my appointment manually, she took down my personal information and asked whether I would be waiting or returning later. I told her I would be waiting. She informed me the service would take approximately two hours. Understanding that delays can occur, especially after overhearing her mention that the team was shorthanded due to a call-off, I made arrangements to reschedule my 10:40 doctor's appointment to 11:15, giving what I assumed would be ample buffer time. Unfortunately, as 11:15 approached and my vehicle was still not ready, I was forced to reschedule my doctor's appointment again, this time to 1:30pm. When my car was finally pulled up front 12pm, I stood at the desk waiting to check out. The gentleman at the counter answered three phone calls and appeared to send multiple text messages before assisting me, further delaying my departure. Once I got to my vehicle and started it, a TPMS warning alarm appeared on the dashboard. Upon inspecting the tires and seeing no obvious issue, I returned inside and waited another 10 minutes to speak with someone. When I explained the issue, I was asked if I wanted the tires filled. I informed them that the tires didn't appear low and was advised that the sensor might reset after driving. After arriving home and preparing to leave again for my doctors appointment, I noticed one tire was indeed low. I checked all four and found wildly inconsistent pressure readings: 5 PSI in one tire, 40 PSI in another, 20 in one, and 30 in the last. I filled them all to proper levels, only to discover a hissing sound coming from the driver's rear tire. Upon closer inspection, I realized the valve stem was leaking. I called the store to speak with the manager, only to be informed that the person listed on the business card I grabbed is no longer with the company. The individual I spoke with stated she was acting as the manager and asked me to return to the store so the issue could be addressed. I am now sitting in the waiting area once again, with no clear communication regarding how long this will take. I have a wedding to attend this afternoon and am at serious risk of being late due to the time lost throughout this ongoing issue. This experience has been frustrating, inconvenient, and frankly unacceptable. A simple tire service has now cost me an entire day of rearranged plans, unnecessary delays, and avoidable stress. I would not recommend this store for any automotive needs. read more

Steve was super accommodating to get me in for a tire quick (within a hour to hour and half) . I saw him go out and help a customer in the parking lot and didn't hesitate to help . that's good customer service. read more

They changed me over $100 for 1 tire that had a nail in. Then a $5 tire disposable fee. I think they ripped me and my husband off. Never will I go there again. Seeing all these negative reviews I certainly want go there again read more

Made online appointment for Saturday morning. Arrived at store and asked for outer tie rod ends replacement, alignment and oil change. I had the tie rod ends. Well they said they couldn't put my parts on which were a quality brand name and I paid $55 first both. They quoted me exact same part at $86 EACH. Quote was around $390 just to do tie rod ends. Went right up the street to another big name tire shop that said they'd install my tie rod ends. Their price $390 for installing tie rod ends, alignment and full synthetic oil and filter change. Oh and the service advisor at the second shop saw my veterans license plate and automatically gave me 10% off. Won't ever return to Firestone. Seriously? You wanted to charge me over 3 times the price of the part? Ridiculous!!! read more

My daughters have been at Firestone on Everhard for nearly 6 hours for an oil change in our rental!!! The voucher made the choice, not me! Totally ridiculous!!!!!!! I understand being short handed. What I don't understand is not telling a customer that you are extremely backed up and allowing them to reschedule. I was told on the phone that it was because the appointment was made online. Lack of personnel does not give you the right to treat people like numbers and dollar signs!!! You can still give people options and politely explain that you are backed up or shorthanded instead of keeping them captive all day! My sons car needed a starter changed the girl called gave me a great price, when he got there to pay it was 300 dollars more then what she had originally told me, I said I would never have agreed to the amount you charged me for a starter to be changed, I would've towed it somewhere else. I will never use them again and I recommend that no one else does either, I called corporate to complain but I'm sure nothing will get do e about this. read more

I would like to give this place one star, but they do have nice employees, so I will give them two. I honestly feel bad for the employees, because their corporate overlords force them to do some really shady and unnecessary sales tactics. I worked for a company once that did the same things, so I know it's not them, it's their bosses, and bosses bosses. I've been going here for several years now, as it is close and convenient to where I work. The only service I have ever asked for is an oil change. Over the course of my time there, I have had three different vehicles. Two Acura's, and a new Hyundai. All fairly well maintained. Going to this place, is akin to going to the doctor for a cold, and they come back telling you that you're dying of cancer. No matter what, you always get a call halfway through your oil change going over a laundry list of things that need immediate attention. Sometimes it's your tires, sometimes it's a flush, sometimes it's your brakes. It's really a dealers choice over there. Now some of you are thinking, "well maybe you just don't take care of your vehicles, and you really do need all those things!" Originally, I thought the same thing. So they got me for some brakes and rotors once, a flush once, and then my favorite, the "lifetime" alignment. I say "lifetime", because you pay a couple hundred bucks once, and you get alignments for life*. What they don't stress, is that it's for that vehicle only. That's my fault for not paying attention. So good for them for getting me there. The vehicle I bought the service for was traded in after one alignment. Ironically enough, the five or six oil changes I got with them AFTER I bought the lifetime alignments, would you believe this? The didn't recommend an alignment once. My previous several oil changes, they suggested one EVERY TIME. Things that make you go hmmm... Anyways, you would think that since I only used it once, that they would have the decency to pass it on to my new sedan as a good gesture. No chance in Hell. So I paid a couple hundred bucks for a single alignment. Firestone 1, me 0. The last straw just happened. Like usual, I get a call before my car is done. This one is trying to push tires on me. the voicemail says "We're running some new program where people can trade in their old tires for Bridgestones, so I have the deal of the century for you!" So I call him back, just to see what the B.S. is all about. He proceeds to tell me that he has these Hankook tires (even though the voicemail says Kuhmo) that only have 20 miles on them. He says they sell for around $250 - $280 PER TIRE, but he wants to offer them to me for just $60 a piece! After mounting and balancing blah blah blah it's like another $350 out the door. Instead of just agreeing like I used to, I asked for the model number so I could have a look. These tires are junk, reviewed on tirerack.com as 2 out of 5 stars. He of course sung their praises and said I was getting the "deal of the century." Price wise, I found these tires BRAND NEW in my size for as low as $149 each. Only $120 different than his quote for the same tire. So long story short, he wanted to make me feel like I was getting over $1,000 worth of amazing tires for just $350! When in reality, I was getting slightly used tires, which are junk, at a marginal savings. I'm sorry, I just don't need the sales pitch every single time I walk through the door. If I am there for an oil change, that's all I want. Period. Again, I feel like if I met these people in the real world, they would be perfectly nice, normal people. Unfortunately, the corporate culture at Firestone has forced them to be something they aren't. I'll be taking my business down the road, and will be telling my friends to do the same. *Also, I just remembered* - On top of giving you services you sometimes don't need or ask for, they also charge astronomical prices. I have been going to a mechanic for years, and sometimes he is so busy he can't get you in right away. So out of curiosity, I had Firestone price a few services, and then had my mechanic do the same. Firestone always came in two to five times higher. As the most recent example, I needed my AC serviced, and Firestone wanted almost $300. My mechanic did the whole thing for $52. There is nothing illegal about high prices, it's just a shame so many people get ripped off because they don't know any better. read more

It's been almost three weeks since my last communication from Firestone so obviously corporately they don't care about me as a customer. There are other measures of recourse open to me that I hoped I need not utilize. Friends, neighbors, and family members of the manager (the core of his business; his words not mine) might be treated well. But as for me, the visiting-from-out-of-town, on-the-road customer, I was the mark of these shills. I did visit my local Toyota dealer at home. The car was NOT out of alignment. As for the bulbs or cooling system flush, and oil change, they were unable to find evidence either way if the work was completed or even necessary. 02-20-2015 06-13-2015: Was contacted on Yelp by a former employee who confirmed that this store does indeed go out of its way (and beyond) to find "repair work" that "needs to be done." WOW I still can't believe this actually took place at Firestone! I dropped my car off early for an appointment today and was expecting to pick the car up at 11:30AM. I received a call at 11:00AM because they couldn't find the key to unlock the tires. WOW 3 HOURS & NO WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED! I was told they looked everywhere (Trunk, location around the spare tire, the glove box...). I told them to look again, they called back and said there is no key. I arrived at 12:45 walked in the garage with a Firestone employee, we opened the trunk and he found the key within 2 minutes! WOW!!! I was told they would get right to it and I would be on my way soon. I returned to the lobby made 3 phone calls (10Minutes) turned around to find no one working on my car. Awful. Spent $800 on tires, another $100 on a wheel alignment. Got one several months after because they botched the first. Now I have a tire with exposed belting after 25,000 miles - mostly because they can't align wheels properly. And you know warranties aren't actually warranties. They're just a convenient way to keep you stuck with crappy tires. read more

I bought new tires here, and had a couple of issues with one of the tire pressure sensors. Jason did an amazing job taking care of me! He went above and beyond to take care of the issues, and even called to check and see if I made it to my destination okay. I will definitely be back! read more

I started going to firestone cuz they were close. They r very thorough and fairly priced. They get me in on short notice and r accommodating and are always so helpful and nice. Will continue to go even if I don't live that close. Love this place read more

Dishonest. I had my AC recharged there. It needed to be evacuated and pumped down so basically, a complete refill. When I got the bill I was shocked. Everything was correct except for one line item. The bill indicated that they used somewhere around 8 lbs of freon. That was complete bull. I didn't let on that I knew exactly what the system capacity was for a complete refill. I asked the manager to show me the work that had been done. In truth, there isn't much to show but that wasn't my angle. We went to the truck and popped the hood. He was telling me the basic procedure of refilling the A/C, which I already knew. After some discussion, I pointed to a sticker under the hood that called out the max pounds of freon that the system can hold. It was more in the realm of 2 to 3 lbs. He looked embarrassed. They were obviously trying to take advantage of me and wanted to make more money since freon is sold by the pound. We then went inside and he changed the bill to reflect the max amount that the sticker indicated. read more

I really like this place. The staff is always so nice, they have great customer service (not pushy). I like to get my oil changed here because the price is really good for my car which uses synthetic. I like that they always have coupons to use, the waiting area is clean, they offer coffee and tv plus the one guy always asks you if it is ok before he gives you any recommendations. I haven't had anything else done here except oil and a bulb replaced but it's been a good experience. read more

I have been going to Firestone for car maintenance and repairs regularly for almost 5 years now. Every experience has been great. The service advisor is very personable and knowledgeable, and I find him to be trustworthy as well. The work is always completed to the standard I expect. They get me in at the time I need, whether it is that same day (for a flat) or on an evening or weekend. They once even offered to take me to work when I needed to drop it off in the morning. So was quoted a price 3x on the phone and we asked each time if that was all inclusive. 3x service person said yes, plus tax. Imagine our shock upon picking up vehicle and it was $100 more - not because of sales tax, but because they 'forgot' to include prices for other services that were done. My experience at Firestone could not be better! I have no idea about my car and repairs at all. The sales team worked great with the mechanics. They were able to quickly figure out what kind of oil I needed and got me an amazing price! They were insanely fast and treated me like I was human ( unlike other car care places ) . I never used Firestone for my service, but they have earned a new customer by being so friendly, punctual and up front with me. read more
