Then their dude did a one half ass hour look into it , told me it was done. I picked up my car after being 2 weeks at the shop, one hour to look at it , nothin wrong with it. Come n get it. Som bichin tire cracked off the arm ON THE WAY HOME!!! almost crashed. People pulled over to check on me. It was Trump/ Bidens 3rd debate that night. cold as f. dark . I waited 3 hours for a tow. Progressive told me to tow it to Marhoffer Collision. They replaced arm, tie rod, gimpy cracked part of the inner wheel. Replaced the entire wheel, tire, damaged lines. And Progressive paid for a loaner . 4 days later my car was done well, and right. Now Mike gave me honest advice. He said my car was rotting out and i should get my car to not pass the emissions testing, so i would only have to pay $.300.00 to fix my problem. Otherwise id have to pay a huge amount ....and i appreciated that. Until my tire cracked off in heavy traffic at 430pm on Darrow Rd.

Last week I went in to get a rotation and balance because there was a little vibration. They told me that only the rotation was free and I would have to pay $15 per tire to balance them..so $60. I was angry and walked out of the shop without discussing it further. In the parking lot I looked up the price at discount tire and found the rotation and balance would cost exactly the same. Yesterday I went there and had the job done. The charge was zero. They asked me to buy my next tires from them. I keep five vehicles on the road and only buy Michelin defenders. I'll be buying the next set from discount tire in Macedonia. I'd say this is a marketing error that could cost them several lost customers. They can keep their $60 worth of servicing.

Have you ever waited in a Firestone for eight hours because I certainly have. countless times where I've come in for one problem, spent hundreds of dollars, only for the problem to not actually be fixed. I've even had no less than three appointments where I've been called and told they cant actually fufill my appointment. first time was reasonable enough at the day before, another was twenty minutes before, and one was FIVE. HOURS. after I had dropped off my car. not only that, I've had my struts, wheel bearing, sway bars, and exhaust system fixed here a little over a year ago. now, since I'm outside of the warranty coverage, suddenly every single one of those parts are broken and need replaced. it feels like every day I remember a new way this store absolutely screwed me over without ever once actually helping me. Fast forward 10 weeks Jan 2026, 5,000 miles later I need a new battery, so I send my husband to take my car back to Goodyear to replace the battery while there they tell him the car needs front brake pads and rotors and he approves work not knowing I just had it done. Shady operation they either never did the brakes the first encounter or lied to us the second encounter. Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. I am 66 years old and this is the first complaint on any business I have ever posted that's how upset I am. I will be contacting the BBB and posting on all social media accounts how corrupt this place is. Please don't use them!
