Went back after two hours and all of my tires were removed and no one was working on my car. Told another twenty minutes and it took another 1 1/2 hours sitting in the waiting room. Then after buying four brand new tires, I was told I then owed for valve stems. They were not polite or sorry about their terrible scheduling. This is the Orrville store. I will never buy tires from them again.

I had asked them to check the tire pressure because the tire lights were on too. They sent us on our way after spending $17k on a car with an empty tank and tires at nearly 20 psi. Had to fill up tires and gas tank before heading home. Other than that it was a good experience. They have a nice selection with good prices. Just watch what they tack on to your bill throughout your time there.

I spent hours waiting for the finance department to present the paper work I needed to sign. When they took me in the back room to sign I noticed that they were charging me almost $3,000 more than the salesman's quote. When I asked about it the finance guy got defensive and rude rather than taking ownership of the issue. I told him I was going to step out of the office and he had 10 minutes to get the salesman back in the room and resolve the issue or I was leaving. When I came back to the office the monthly interest rate was lowered and the loan amount was lowered reducing the payment by $100 per month. Against my better judgement I bought the car. I felt like I was put in a position that I had to act like a jerk to get the issue resolved. Three months later the engine seized up for my daughter, who bought the car, and we had to have it towed to a repair shop. They evaluated the car and said the engine was shot and needed rebuilt or replaced. I remembered talking to the sales guy at Serpentine who showed me the carfax Warranty Check when I test drove the car. He pointed out that the drive train warranty had 38 months or 18,000 miles remaining and that should give me some peace of mind. So I followed up with a Hyundai dealership and Hyundai corporate customer service who told me that warranty only applies to the original owner. However, it turns out there is a known problem with certain Hyundai engines and I might get some help from them. Let's hope. Needless to say, I don't trust this dealership.
