I needed 2 replacement tires for the front. They showed me what was available and set me up with a quick install! A few weeks late I needed an oil change and a new battery. With winter coming I couldn't risk needing a jump in the middle of winter. They were kind and attentive to the things I needed and didn't try to upsell me on any other things I didn't need! I strongly recommend this place! They obviously have been doing things right since the hace been around since 1919! Ohhh and I also recommend getting the oil change deal when they have it! I initially stopped by a popular local shop recommended by family members and they had no availability for almost month! I used Yelp and found this Firestone location. From the first call to check availability, my experience with Jason and this location has been fabulous. As a military spouse whose service member, the one who normally handles car care issues, is overseas, it can be disconcerting to have a major repair issue. Jason did a great job being clear and speaking in simple terms so I would understand what was needed and happening with the vehicle. During the repair, the technician found that due to the need for exclusive tools, I should have the major repair completed at Jeep. Jason took the initiative to call locally and found my wait would be 2 weeks. That isn't an option for me as we are in the process of a cross country move, so he and the tech decided they could conduct a sufficient fix until I could get to a Jeep service dept at my destination. In addition to the fix, I had an oil change, new filter and new tires. I wish this location was local to me. I would take my vehicle here for primary maintenance. Hoping I can find an equally great Firestone location at our new home in southern California! (I started this review in April, but never posted it. These guys were great, so I wanted to make sure and post the review, even if late.)
