beware beware i had triple aaa call a tow truck for a tow to lo auto that is located on a corner also triple aaa sends gps location to tower driver i also told driver were to drop my vehicle of at the auto repair shop was open the tow driver did not make contact with repair shop to ask were to drop vehicle or hand over my keys i called auto repair 2 days later no vehicle they dropped my vehicle off in another business parking lot with keys in ignition so any one could take my vehicle now i have to miss more work because of wise towing incompetence beware read more

TOTALED MY CAR WHILE TOWING IT. The entire roof is scraped and the moon roof is shattered into the car. Had to file a police report and no follow up from the company at all. The tech even lied to the mechanic saying, "this is how I got it from her". TERRIBLE service, horrible company, do NOT use them. read more

The Lady I talked to on the phone was polite and offered me a fair price for my car. Their tow truck was here in short order and Will the driver and owner was respectful of my neighbor's property and my property. We took care of the paperwork and I was paid and the car was gone. Mark was fantastic! He went above and beyond helping me get out of a jam in a parking garage in downtown Akron in the evening after my SUV decided to stop working. I requested a tow truck through AAA and had not one but two other tow trucks turn me down because of my location. As a young woman stuck in a jam in an unfamiliar area I was feeling pretty helpless and frustrated. Thankfully Mark from Wise Towing and Salvage showed up and was more than willing to help me. He helped me push (yes push) my car down a parking deck ramp then across the the lower level so it could be loaded on his flatbed. Through the entire time Mark was professional and very helpful. He delivered superior service, showed up earlier than his ETA, and charged a very reasonable price for a long, late tow to the repair shop. Would definitely recommend again! read more

I called Wise Towing to flatbed a 1935 Plymouth Coupe on 1/30/26, the driveway had been plowed but the driver refused and wouldn't even attempt to back in the driveway and just left, I called Miller Towing on 1/31/26 and they came out backed up the driveway and had the car removed in 20-30 minutes, GREAT service from Miller Towing, stay away from Wise Towing!! read more

We called after waiting over 3 hours for another service to respond. Reviews indicated Wise would respond quickly and did they EVER! They pulled into the area we were stalled in exactly 21 minutes after being called! Mark, the driver, was friendly and efficient. He had the car on the flatbed in about 10 minutes, and had us towed home in another 20 minutes or so. Released the car and guided it into our garage. And the charge was less than half of what the first (no-show) service had quoted us. This is the only local towing service I will call, from now on! read more

My car broke down today on the highway in rush-hour traffic on the way to a veterinary appointment with my dog. It was a very stressful situation, but Brian showed up very quickly after receiving the call from AAA and was very expedient in loading the car, and personable as well. He even offered my dog treats!
