5 Stars - Amazing Service!…read more This is an absolutely amazing company! I had been stranded for over two and a half hours waiting for a tow truck from another company. When I contacted them, they arrived in 15 minutes or less! They not only jump-started my car but also assisted me with my muffler issue. The service was outstanding! They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. They truly went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. A special thank-you to Daniel for doing such an awesome job! I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service. This will definitely be the FIRST company I call whenever I need roadside assistance again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable, and professional service!

They are exceptional in every way. Friendly, considerate, effective and efficient and they have modern, new equipment to keep your vehicle safe. Take my word for it. If you're in car trouble you can call "Mooney" and PROBLEM SOLVED.

I called a few places for Car Lockout service and this was the only one that seemed well organized and confident on the phone. They told me how long I'd have to wait, and it was correct, which was great. The technician arrived in a clean truck, introduced himself and went to work quickly. I was really scared he was going to harm the door or window seals since my vehicle is young but he was really careful and explained what he was doing as he worked. A few minutes later the door was unlocked, and there wasn't a mark on it anywhere. He also tested the electronic locks and alarm system to make sure they were working before leaving. No surprises later that were problematic, like pricing. That was what I was quoted over the phone. Loved how calm and professional the whole encounter felt. Stuck in a parking lot is stressful enough, and having someone arrive up with a positive attitude and true experience made a great difference. I would use them again for roadside assistance or towing service, for sure.

I had my vehicle towed to Firestone (about a mile) by Sugar Ridge Towing on the recommendation of Firestone and Sugar Ridge charged me the same amount to tow my vehicle about a mile as MUGS ELYRIA TOWING charged me to tow the same vehicle from Firestone to North Ridgeville (OVER 10 MILES)!! And it wasn't just the much more reasonable cost, MUGS ELYRIA TOWING arrived at the time they said they would be there, they were polite, efficient and professional. I didn't use MUGS ELYRIA TOWING the first time because of reviews, but when I called my brother for help he said his son and people at his work used ELYRIA TOWING and they didn't have a problem, so I called them and I'M GLAD I DID. THEY WILL BE MY FIRST CALL WHEN I NEED A TOW IN THE FUTURE!! Most people are quick to leave negative reviews for little things and not so quick about leaving positive reviews. I look at reviews as many people do when looking for a service or to buy something, and honest positive reviews are helpful too. So don't forget to post a positive review when a business or product meets or excels your expectations - it may help the next person make a better decision. THANKS MUGS ELYRIA TOWING FOR EXCELLING MY EXPECTATIONS!

worked for this company. It's so sick that it should be closed down. Here is a list of why…read more I park the truck beside the build (in order to wash it) The owner tells me not to park there. (But yet let's others do it and there not even washing there trucks.) The point they wanted was for me not to have to make them move also they could be closer to the door. I was the only one who cleaned there tow truck each night after my shift. We have a manager who books tows and gets paid with out the owner knowing. What a manager right? Well the owner doesn't care. The owner can't keep his trucks fixed because people hotrod them and like to lock the breaks up when coming to a stop. Then I rode with each worker. Nelson does not tighten the straps on a vehicle when it is on a flatbed leaves it rocking back and forth windows up car off and a dog in the vehicle. (This is an ongoing thing) You have Greg who likes to lay on the horn immediately as soon as the light turns green to intimidate traffic with the tow truck. (This is an ongoing regular thing) Then you have Taylor the dispatch. I called the customer verify it's a tow the customer tells me she's seeking to buy a battery I'll let the customer know I will let our dispatch know so the proper vehicle could be sent out I am told by this particular dispatch that we are not servicing the customer to close the call out. Seeing how she is our dispatch which means therefore she is our boss I did exactly that. (Was highly upset when the customer and I was on a three-way call with AAA about the unprofessionalism) Then we have Dave. He claims to be their best driver but yet puts a Chevy trailblazer in neutral and a trailer park while it's on the incline it allows it to roll into the trailer. He was requesting a snatch block when all he had to do was pulling a neighbor's driveway and back straight up to retrieve the Chevy trailblazer. As you can see in the last two pictures I made an attempt to clean truck floor and was told I could not Park the tow truck in the building therefore not allowing me to detail the vehicle. The picture was taken to show the nastiness of it and how I try to improve the company. I haven't NEVER!! Had a damage claim in my life! Nor have I worked for a business where the owner doesn't care about his trucks nor his business & let's his workers do what they want when they want and just walk all over Rocky. I have & had to even take videos each time I pulled in or out of the business. I even have videos of workers leaving the office going home and leaving not only the gates open. But the building open for any and all to just walk in. When I try to let the boss know what was going on. He didn't even care. Then for me to called out my name based on my color of my skin really just to much. I had started looking for another tow company. About a week ago. Then I started looking I started recording people and how they treat each other. (This is to show the next places I applied to what I had to deal with.) So there is a list of why I gave them a one . & I'm sure they will not pay me my last check. But if they ever do. I will post that update here.
