The filthiest Sheetz in the Cleveland area. Trash cans overflowing, dirty and sticky floors, especially in the "dining" area which is usually occupied by the local transient / homeless crowd. I don't recommend eating ever. Get your food to go. It's still Sheetz food, so it's at least got that going for it! read more

Horrible customer service the guy who works at the cash register went in and paid for my gas went back out to the pump when I was walking out he's standing there talking to another customer about pot plants go out to my car try to put my gas three or four times doesn't work have to go all the way to back into the store to tell him and then he wants to tell me that I didn't tell him that it was a certain pump when I know what pump I said so because he wasn't listening cuz he was at the register talking about pot plants to another customer that's the customer service that they have going on there read more

First time ive ever been to a Sheetz and safe to say, after visiting this one, ill never be back to one. The drink shelves were dang near totally empty. Looked as if they havent been stocked in weeks. The energy drink rack, for example, had maybe a total of 30 drinks for the ENTIRE section. Didnt see a clerk anywhere around to ask my question(s) to. Supervisor Mariah is extremely rude and does not have any business working in the customer service industry. Staff is always lacking, lines are long. Prices advertised are not honored. Restrooms are horrendous. Stock is always low. Air pump rarely functions. Garbage cans are always overflowing. Made to order food is often incorrect. This store is rude, unaccountable and lazy. I ordered food here, through Uber eats. The bags are sealed so this rude Mgr working nights cannot put this on the driver. They packed my hot food loose in a bag. When I received my order my bacon bombs and ranch dust was floating around the bag because they put no lid on the cup they placed them in. Not saran wrapped, no lid, nothing! I'm supposed to eat fresh cooked food that touched plastic drink bottles, wrappers, and bags of other items in the bag? Knowing these other orders came off a truck, then put in coolers that other customers and employees touched to stock??? I received a melted shake, I didn't get the other shake @ almost $6.00, My order was an hour late! My kids went to bed hungry. I spent over $50 for crappy service, and when I call the store the Mgr was not only not taking responsibility she blamed the Uber driver, yet the bag was sealed. Not only was my food squashed and floating around the sealed bag it was not edible due to the temperature and other items it touched. Very unsanitary, unacceptable and unaccountable! I will neverr shop at Pearl Rd Strongsville Sheets. PS clean up your curb appeal it's just like my food you overcharge on, unsanitary! BEST CAR WASH EVER!!!! Wow when I say this car wash was an experience, it was great!!! For one, the price is extremely reasonable. The most expensive option is only $14!! I was extremely satisfied with the results as I felt it really got up in there on my car. Not to mention the super fun LED lights in there!!! The whole car wash has glass walls and LED color changing lights during the wash. If you turn on some jams next thing you know it's a party in the car wash!!! I from now on will no longer go anywhere else for a car wash as this is the BEST option yall! This sheetz in strongsville has the best one hands down read more

Of course Sheetz is a gas station (duh!), but it has a lot of good food and drink options. The staff are very friendly & helpful and there's also a PNC ATM (free surcharge). Lately I've noticed a few individuals sort of loitering around the building which is disappointing, but the Strongsville police tend to patrol the area a lot. read more

Stopped here to get gas during our road trip. Loved seeing SO MANY slurpee flavors. I've never seen Marshmallow slurpees before. I also liked seeing that they had a grape slurpee which is never to be found where I'm from. Cool place. Lots of options. read more

I have to say, this location has the best girls working there. Genuinely very very kind people. Always very welcoming and as a a daily customer I see them almost every morning. But this morning was different. To sum it up in my personal life, things have been behond stressful, running a massive project for my company along with some very heavy family struggles. The past few days have been difficult but I don't show it. I typically don't order from the kitchen (I have before and it was great food I just never have time to actually order in the mornings) but this morning I ordered some French toast sticks. The shift manager, Mariah greeted me as always with some small talk. After she made my order I realized she had bought my food for me. That. That simple gesture was something huge to me today but I needed some kindness. She had or has no idea how happy that simple thing she did this morning changed my whole day around. Of course I thanked her for doing so @ the time. But how incredibly thankful was not expressed until now in this review. Kindness goes a long way read more

I stopped going here bc every time the scanner somehow picks up another item and they try to overcharge me. The line takes forever, only 1 person doing register. Otherwise it's pretty decent but it's just easier going across the street to the corner store or the one with the drive through, both great places and very fast compared to sheetz. read more

I had a long day and everywhere was closed, so I decided to stop at one of my favorite places for a late night snack since I hadn't eaten since noon. Well this was a mistake. I ordered two chicken snack wraps with shredded cheese, honey Mustard, and lettuce with a cup of tots. I got my cup of tots. That they didn't screw up. Surprised considering the girls behind the counter were more interested in giggling and chatting than making food. However my order was very clear and what I got was not what I ordered. I got two chicken wraps with ranch, Pico, lettuce, pickles, and some other stuff that I clearly didn't order. Then I looked at the reviews and they had given me a door dash order so it wasn't even my order, even though they called my number. Didnt realize this until i got home and by then it was too late. At 11pm I was exhausted and just wanted something to eat and enjoy. Ruined my night. I was really hungry and looking forward to my wraps. Didn't even eat what they gave me. It sounded gross.
