The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. You can't please everyone but this place has way more positive reviews than negative and I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

Not believing the story I dug deeper and spoke to a mechanic there, (Seth Kinser) informed me there was an open TSB from Ford and got it fixed under factory warranty the next morning. Highly recommend working with Seth Kinser very professional, friendly and efficient. Had I not dug deeper and listened to Boone, we wouldn't have been informed about the open TSB and would've been stuck paying the dealer over $1,000 for new brakes. Thanks again Seth Kinser.

Avoiding so the 30 days run out is not customer service. If I'm wrong then why not reply to the engine/transmission issues when we just purchased this vehicle and immediately having car issues.
