They NEVER called to inform my on the progress of repairs, they NEVER returned any of my calls. After over an additional 11 weeks, finally one of the women that work there took my call, she said that nobody had actually worked on the vehicle, they simply took the front end apart to have a technician look at it but, that would not happen for another week, maybe longer, the owner was on vacation and work could not begin without him because he is the one that decides what needs to be done. Needless to say, I had the vehicle towed to a more reputable repair shop. Ever since Bill retired and left his business to his inept son, the shop is a joke. Even the woman that I spoke with stated that she doesn't understand how the York Auto Body stays in business. Run as far away from this horrible business. Customer service is something that they do not know or understand.

When we called they said they hadn't gotten to it yet, that they would put it back together and we could pick it up. NOT fixed!!! We wasted 3 weeks! A week after I herd the grinding, I lost all pressure in my brake pedal due to a broken brake line. I remember I had a 20% off card to e2 from the memorial parade they were passing out with free hotdogs. I called and brought my car up the next day. I walked into a beautiful waiting room thinking (this is to nice to be a car repair facility even the shop and bathroom were clean and organized as well). the lady at the front desk was very helpful and reminded me of a loving grandmother figure. Matt the mechanic (also very nice and informing and not confusing ) called me promptly with a estimate after they looking at my car. I called 2 other shops to see how much it would cost there. E2's estimate was 20 to 30% cheaper than both other shops before the 20% discount. They had the work done by the end of the day. Which I didn't expect to be done that quick. The work was quality and for one of the first times I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off at a mechanic shop. They have my future buisness and I thank you E2
