Estimate was with cost of removing the bumper and headlights front and back paint fade to match doors. JOKE! THEY NEVER PAINTED PAST THE DOORS. HUGE MISSED AREA. HUGE! Front or back never used paint or clear coat but charged us for it. Found the small scratches on the car front and back before we took it in. Small but we know they were there and a paint chip. Right by the door. Its still there! Had they painted and buffed and clear coated it wouldn't be there. Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off.

The damage was near a large dent (4 inches across) that had been there since I bought the car (used) two years ago. I decided to finally get the dent fixed, since that panel was already going to have to be repaired. Custom fixed my additional dent for free at no extra charge to me or my insurance! Their price was right at what they estimated, and the estimating process was quick and painless. They had my car fixed in 3 days, no problem, and it came out looking great. The downside is that they aren't open on weekends, and stop doing estimates at 4:30 pm, so if you have a 9-5 job it can be hard to find time to go in. That being said, they did a great job, and I'll definitely consider them if I have any future bodywork.

The hood of my car had numerous stone chips, a few blobs of tree sap that no solvent would put a dent in, and someone had also keyed my front bumper. I took the car to Sloan, and received a very reasonable estimate. The work was performed in a timely manner, and I was glad to get my car back before the snow and road salt arrived. The car looks SO GOOD. They even went the extra mile and returned it super clean on the inside as well. I'm so satisfied with the quality of work that I'm going to have Sloan also repair a parking-lot incident on another car that was already scheduled to be done elsewhere.
