Estimate was with cost of removing the bumper and headlights front and back paint fade to match doors. JOKE! THEY NEVER PAINTED PAST THE DOORS. HUGE MISSED AREA. HUGE! Front or back never used paint or clear coat but charged us for it. Found the small scratches on the car front and back before we took it in. Small but we know they were there and a paint chip. Right by the door. Its still there! Had they painted and buffed and clear coated it wouldn't be there. Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off.

I selected Douglas Auto Body that had the best rating of the local body shops. After contacting Douglas Auto Body I was promptly given a repair start date and time to repair. Once repaired, the right front fender was like new with a perfect fit and finish. If I have any more damages to my vehicle, I will return to Douglas Auto Body where I know the work will be done greater than my expectations
