He didn't understand my being upset/offended by his question and got really defensive when I explained it didn't matter who paid for it and we were hit by an uninsured driver who agreed to pay us. He got pissed off at at me! This place is completely 100% dead pan unapologetic about there lack of work, lack of ethic, lack of customer service. ****UPDATE: 08/27/23 Few weeks later. Our son sits in the back seat. CAN'T PUT THE WINDOW DOWN! Doesn't work. Because they not only didn't connect it the just stuck it back in! This place owes us money back!!! We were hit by an uninsured driver. An older lady who accidentally let her Insurance laps. They said it would take 7 to 10 days to fix the car. Took 4 days. RED FLAG! This shop is so used to ripping of insurance companies when you come in they provide and estimate and DO NOT DO THE WORK YOU PAID CASH FOR! An uninsured motorist hit my husband.She agreed to pay us. Estimate was with cost of removing the bumper and headlights front and back paint fade to match doors. JOKE! THEY NEVER PAINTED PAST THE DOORS. HUGE MISSED AREA. HUGE! Front or back never used paint or clear coat but charged us for it. Found the small scratches on the car front and back before we took it in. Small but we know they were there and a paint chip. Right by the door. Its still there! Had they painted and buffed and clear coated it wouldn't be there. Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off. read more

Don't know how this place is in business! My vehicle has been in the shop for 5 months, since December 2022. Their customer service is terrible. Don't follow up with vehicle progress, they lie and change their story when calling to follow up on the status of your vehicle. The turnover is very bad with mechanics who don't show up to work and purchasing department is clueless. They don't care about timelines! The deal with a small Honda dealership located out in Dover, OH for parts. When your vehicle is sent to the dealership it sits until they call to have it towed back to the shop. read more

my car was in repair shop getting fixed by insurance. they were real nice till they got my business then they were not-so-nice. dont know when my car will be done but i do know i'll never go back to them again and i will tell insurance company why too. read more
