I was kept waiting so long that my phone died, but my wife received a text update claiming the work was done at 9 am. She attempted to text back asking for an update but never received a response. Meanwhile, I was physically present in the waiting room fully visible by both receptionists. No one ever updated me while my wife waited to hear back, eventually growing anxious as to whether something happened to me. Around 10 am I asked for an update and one of the receptionists reached back to find our file and keys in a mailbox. She explained that "usually they call out a last name". At no point during my extended wait did I hear anyone reach out to me nor did they do so in person. I do know during this time an individual waiting outside was approached and got their car back. They additionally parked our car behind a larger vehicle so that it was not visible. We both work hourly and missed out on pay due to this. And while I understand a deductible is a deductible the fact that I paid in full despite losing money due to the time waiting is infuriating. I cannot recommend highly enough going to any other provider if you at all value your time! Because they sure do not.

Well guess who is there when I drop car off?- the elusive Rick- looks at glass and says-(I'll let you guess) that's right- Ricks says- "that's not a stress crack. It's not covered!" We had her cover windows, French doors, and garage glass doors. She did a fantastic job! We will have her return next year when we finish our walk out basement to cover the windows and French doors there. Tina is very knowledgeable about window film, and I am very glad that we chose her for this project. I got another quote from another company, and the guy had told me that we could pick any window film. He had dozens of different films to look at, and those would work for auto glass but not our low E double paned windows in our home. Tina informed me that using any type of film could cause the windows to crack because of the heat buildup. Having low E windows greatly reduces the choices of film that can safely be put on our windows. The window film Tina used is safe on all types of windows. There is also a warranty against window cracking, which she gave me today. The window film blocks 99% of UV, which is something we wanted to prevent fading, and it also reduces the amount of heat coming in the window. Tina explained putting any type of film on a low E window like ours can cause a heat buildup between the double pane and crack the window. Not all companies are aware of this, as I found out. Tina has been doing this for over 30 years, and she is most certainly a perfectionist. She redid one set of our French doors three times because she wasn't satisfied with the result. She is very professional, and I would highly recommend her!

Our son sits in the back seat. CAN'T PUT THE WINDOW DOWN! Doesn't work. Because they not only didn't connect it the just stuck it back in! This place owes us money back!!! We were hit by an uninsured driver. An older lady who accidentally let her Insurance laps. They said it would take 7 to 10 days to fix the car. Took 4 days. RED FLAG! This shop is so used to ripping of insurance companies when you come in they provide and estimate and DO NOT DO THE WORK YOU PAID CASH FOR! An uninsured motorist hit my husband. She agreed to pay us. Estimate was with cost of removing the bumper and headlights front and back paint fade to match doors. JOKE! THEY NEVER PAINTED PAST THE DOORS. HUGE MISSED AREA. HUGE! Front or back never used paint or clear coat but charged us for it. Found the small scratches on the car front and back before we took it in. Small but we know they were there and a paint chip. Right by the door. Its still there! Had they painted and buffed and clear coated it wouldn't be there. Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off.
