Horrible Experience as a First-Time Ford Owner - 2022 Bronco…read more I'm extremely disappointed with both Ford and the Wickliffe Ford dealership in Ohio. I purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco and it has been nothing but a headache from the start. The most concerning issue has been the brake scratching problem, which continues even after several service visits. Despite this being a known issue, there's been no real support or accountability from the dealership or Ford Corporate. The dealership has done the bare minimum--never properly inspecting or replacing the brakes, just quick service and big bills. I've left multiple voicemails with no return calls, which shows a complete lack of care for customer concerns or safety. They seem far more interested in taking customers' money than actually resolving issues. This vehicle has had multiple recalls, and it's clear it was built with cheap materials and rushed to market. I've had to spend a lot of out-of-pocket money trying to fix problems on a car that has less than 35,000 miles. And after multiple complaints and escalation requests to Ford Corporate, no one follows up. It feels like Ford is completely disconnected from what customers are experiencing. I've owned many vehicles, but this has by far been the worst experience--from the product itself to the service to the corporate support. If you're thinking of buying a Ford, especially a Bronco, think twice. They talk about quality and customer care, but in reality, it's all about the money. Do better, Ford.
