A week after I herd the grinding, I lost all pressure in my brake pedal due to a broken brake line. I remember I had a 20% off card to e2 from the memorial parade they were passing out with free hotdogs. I called and brought my car up the next day. I walked into a beautiful waiting room thinking (this is to nice to be a car repair facility even the shop and bathroom were clean and organized as well). the lady at the front desk was very helpful and reminded me of a loving grandmother figure. Matt the mechanic (also very nice and informing and not confusing ) called me promptly with a estimate after they looking at my car. I called 2 other shops to see how much it would cost there. E2's estimate was 20 to 30% cheaper than both other shops before the 20% discount. They had the work done by the end of the day. Which I didn't expect to be done that quick. The shop has flatly refused to diagnose the engine light in my VW Beetle. Their sales pitch about using "the best oil" is no more than a full synthetic compatible with your car. Any shop will do this. What's more, Foreign Auto Solutions doesn't care about their customers other than getting paid. They don't clean up their parking lot nor do they salt it. Right smack in the middle of the winter, I slipped and fell on the black ice in the parking lot, and a kind bystander helped me back to my feet. Bystander, and not one of the shop workers. I walked inside and grabbed a piece of a paper towel to stop bleeding in my hands. I was actually lucky to even find a piece of paper towel; it was almost used up and not refilled. This was the last time that I visited this shop. Never again, and don't recommend it to anyone. Enough said.
