The adventure bike.. that the part does not cross over. Me trusting that I was in good hands when I ordered the parts had them powdercoated the factory color so they would look new. Got them back, went to put bike together and guess what, doesn't fit. Contact Pinwall through eBay only to be told that because the parts have been "modified" they won't take them back and it's my fault for not test fitting. Also that I should just try to sell them on my own. Mind you, I didn't ask for the cost of my powdercoating to be refunded. That's $100 gone. Best of luck working with them. Hopefully you have better luck than me.

Made a service appointment to have the red tank installed and my rear brake pads replaced. Was quoted 1.5hrs. Dropped bike off Wed at 10am, and said I'd need to pick up by close on Friday for a trip on Sunday. Got a call at noon on Friday saying they'd installed the wrong tank (black, not red) and didn't have the brake pads...and since they hadn't checked before Friday, they didn't have time to get them. Went in to get my bike back, and the bill was for 3 hours instead of the 1.5hrs I was quoted. In short, I was charged double the quote so they could do half the job wrong and not do the other half at all. The only reason Pinwall gets 2 stars instead of 1 is that they did have the tanks in stock. I ended up taking my bike to Northern Ducati/Triumph in Akron to have the brake pads done on that Saturday; they are a mind-blowing 5-star shop.

I recently obtained a large electrical spool and thought to myself " WOW this would really make some cool signs. So I got to work painting a few vintage Harley Davidson logos on these signs. I would love to send you some pics but I can't find an email so I can share them with you guys. Please email me so I can drop you the photos. I'm on disability and would just love to find these wonderful signs a new home for the holiday. Thank you for your time... -Scott Ash I apologize for posting this here. The 1% is due to being on the road. Being loyal to your local dealer is the key, doesn't matter car or motorcycle. This past summer (June 2019) I was in Canada when my motorcycle engine had a lifter failure. The dealer in Canada had a service tech that didn't know his job very well since they told me it would be three weeks to get me back on the road again. I took my motorcycle to Freedom and I was back on the road in two weeks with a new engine at no cost. Covered under extended warranty. Would have been a $6,000 + repair. I can say that I've never have had a problem. Loyalty counts! These other dealers may sell you a bike at a lower cost but look at the other things as well, for example extended warranty plans. Freedom will sell you an extended warranty at a lower cost than other dealers in the area. My friend purchased his bike in a county to our south, when he went to renew the extended warranty that dealer wanted about $1,300 more than the same plan from Freedom.
