On my way out to the 120th Harley rally in Milwaukee from northern Virginia my rear tire was…read morepunctured. I was able to plug it and refill it and get to a hotel room. The next morning I rode to Hall of Fame (formerly Rubber City Harley) and was there when they opened, hoping they could quickly replace the tire with no appointment. These guys were great! They took me in right away and had me on the road about an hour and a half later. They also didn't take advantage of my situation, and charged a fair price for the tire and labor. I've been to a bunch of Harley dealerships and they can be hit or miss sometimes when it comes to service. These guys are batting .300!! In addition to the great service, their dealership has a ton of bikes and accessories to look at. I spoke with one of their salespeople for a while while I was waiting and he was extremely knowledgeable and eager to have a conversation about their new bikes, even though he knew I was from out of town and wasn't going to buy anything. Obviously, I can't say enough about how great these guys were. 5 stars!!
