My last visited, the gate on the one lane stayed opened so the cars were out of order, the cars were so close together going threw it couldn't completely clean my car, the machine that comes down and drys the car was broke. I spoke with the manager and she said, yea, some things are broke, we didnt pretreat the tires, and were out of tire cleaner. If its broke, disable the $30 wash, why keep letting people go threw if half the machines are broke spending their hard earned money?
