I went back 4 times and every time has always been something wrong whether they "fixed" it or they just didn't want to supposedly they can pick what to replace or fix and still had a lot wrong I had a insurance claim as well so it's not like they had to wait for me to pay and on top of all that i had to wait around 5 to 6 months (I have rental receipts to prove that) just to get my truck back and still have things wrong with it. I highly recommend going with a shop that's associated with your insurance so if anything is wrong the insurance will help you out with making sure your vehicle is properly serviced. I came in here and interacted with the shop very straight forward honest about pricing. And if it's out your budget and they will find you a place that can go within your budget but remember guys you get what you pay for. From what I gather they do a quality job but I have not personally that my car serviced here simply because it was just too pricey for what I wanted but I am not discouraged about this place because they do have payment plans for customers for different needs so if you have a major collision repair I definitely would recommend this business but I want to be clear this is not based on me getting my car fixed there just a general Vibe of what I've gotten about this location. read more

I was rear-ended twice inside of two months and took my car to King Collision to get the repairs done. This was the first time I used them and based on this experience, I will go back without hesitation should I ever need their services again. Not only was the repair work done beautifully, but I was treated so well by Maurice and his team, especially when dealing with my insurance company. He was very reassuring when my insurance company returned an estimate that was much lower than what the shop estimated. A few days later I received the news that my insurer and King Collision agreed on the work to be done and the cost. Maurice told me not to worry and he really came through. Absolutely horrible experience!!! Will never use them again! Had my car since July. Apparently waiting on parts and we are here in November and the owner told us we could come pick up after he told us originally it would be done four weeks ago.....We had marks scrapes and scratches showing with small items things missing... my car was a 2019 Acura and we knew we couldn't keep this car as they did a horrible job and you would be able to tell the difference in their work versus just taking it directly to Acura in which we should have done to begin with because we know they are reliable and safe so many things that made the car look terrible and in the end we knew we couldn't keep it. Buffing wasn't all the way done and bubble still showing. The owner then told us "we are trading it in anyways..."totally unacceptable ..we traded it in Bc we didn't feel safe anymore based on their workers and what they showed. Unprofessional that one of the guys tried to fight my husband Bc my husband started showing how upset he was on 45k car and it looked like junk. Again we were so upset we went straight to Acura and just traded in the car because it no longer was what it used to be no thanks to them helping us like we thought! Please take your auto repair business anywhere except here. They did a repair on my vehicle a few months back. Now am finding out the repair was not done properly. The door they replaced was hung incorrectly and leaks. The pin striping was not applied all the way up the side as OEM. They argued with my insurance company and sent me an email stating they were going to sue me. Luckily, the insurance company intervened and this didn't happen. Recommend you find someplace else to get your repair. read more

Kings was shady he was nice to me at first and was like yes bring your car right in and then he started asking for my insurance and my claim number and I said it was a minor damage that I didn't put in a claim and he said oh nevermind we're actually busy now. Seems shady and unethical to me like they are only out to get insurance money. read more

Every time I look at my car I get so disappointed that I even went to this place for the repairs you can definitely see where repair was done especially when the sunlight hits it I do not recommend anyone bringing their car here for any kind of repairs the paint job sucked. The pictures you see it's all they had to repair not a big deal but apparently it was a big job for them because they did not do it right at all I try to support and look what happen. Truly honest service is hard to find. Had a check engine light on and they advised me it was literally just my gas cap not tightened. They could have easily billed me for anything and they instead just tightened the cap and sent me on my way. I also have had a detailing here and it was amazing. Super friendly staff.
