I was immediately scheduled and provided an estimate after I sent in photos. I was guaranteed an 85% improvement. After all, nothing could be 100% unless I went the body work route. I was ok with this. It only took 2 hours while I waited in their comfortable lobby. The end result was great!! Better than I expected!! The dent was in a difficult place and yet they kept their word and got it within 85-90% improvement. I can barely see any imperfection unless I'm really looking for it. Much less expensive alternative and i highly recommend them!! I feel like I can enjoy my car again!!

And It's absolutely far from being magic. The attached photos speak for that. The dent wasn't even fixed! As you see from the attached photo, it was simply filled with paint. This whole work was a shady work with an ugly outcome. When I complained to Michael, all he did was for him to pull a copy of the receipt I signed at time of coming to pickup my car. To him, that was the smart thing for this shady business to be all covered without having any embarrassment or shame for such a dishonest business.

    Subject: Formal Complaint - Improper Repairs and Demand for Reimbursement…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the repairs performed on my 2022 Hyundai Tucson at Fine Line Auto Body in Hilliard. I was not at fault in the accident involving my vehicle. The other driver's insurance company paid Fine Line Auto Body to restore my vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Prior to the accident, my Tucson was in perfect working condition. When my vehicle was returned to me, it was not repaired properly. After pickup, I discovered that multiple features that worked before the accident were no longer functioning. Specifically: The remote smart parking feature on my key fob, which allows the vehicle to move forward and backward while I am outside of it, no longer worked. My navigation system stopped working. The bumper was not installed correctly. There were cords hanging underneath the vehicle. Due to these concerns, I took my vehicle to a Hyundai dealership for inspection. The dealership informed me that the repairs were not done correctly and expressed serious concern about the quality of the work. I was informed by Fine Line that if I paid to have the issues corrected, I would be reimbursed. Relying on that statement, I used money from my mortgage payment to cover the cost of fixing my vehicle. It has now been over a month, and I have not received reimbursement. It is unacceptable that I was not at fault, the insurance company paid for proper repairs, and my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition. I am formally requesting full reimbursement for the corrective repairs. Additionally, because payment has been delayed for over a month, it is only fair that interest be included in the reimbursement to account for the financial burden this delay has caused. Please provide a written response within 10 business days of receipt of this letter. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider pursuing further action through the insurance company and appropriate consumer protection agencies.
