My husband rear ended someone who short stopped and I thought there was no way his car was salvageable. He went around to a bunch of repair and body shops and many of them were 1000+ more expensive than this place. We were a little worried about the quality of work we'd get since the quote was a bit cheaper, but after picking up our car we are so happy with the work. The car legit looks brand new. The were able to fix the air bag sensor and replace only the needed parts without excessive charing us for things we didn't need. The car runs just like it did before the accident, but it looks much prettier. They were able to match the paint identical to the rest of the body of the car. As a surprise they also completely vacuumed and detailed the inside of the car. This was not expected and further added to the experience of feeling like we were driving a new car. Aside from appearances and feel of the car, I appreciated how transparent this shop was. They itemized everything they said they would fix without any surprise charges. They also communicated when the car would be ready and called us when they realized they'd need a couple more days. I highly recommend this shop for their work and honesty!! read more

Terrible. I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee there to repair the back fender and to take out a few small dings and paid $250 for detailing. Firstly, the fender was fine but they forgot to do any of the other work. When I went to pickup the Jeep none of the dings had been removed, they forgot, so the Jeep had to stay longer, then the second time I picked up the vehicle wasn't even detailed, nothing, and i was charged $250. Great work and fast! I am new to the area and I was in an accident (a guy hit my car in a parking lot). The insurance company (Progressive) must give out your number to everybody when you file your claim because Reliable called US. They came the next day and did the estimate and kept the car about a week. They even threw in some extra work for free as an incentive to use their garage. The staff is super friendly and will stay open late for you if you need them to to drop off or pick up your car. The work they did was great. They used new parts and matched the paint really well. You can't even tell it was damaged! *The first reviewer, Rachel T., is an immature jerk. You shouldn't bad mouth someone's business just because they called and woke you up at 8:30 in the morning. Most ADULTS are awake by 8:30. Sorry their business hours don't mix with her student/party schedule. I have been a small business owner and it is hard to stay open in this economy. To go on yelp and give someone a bad review and a low rating because they woke you up on a weekday at a reasonable hour is really childish. It could be taking food out of a child's mouth. Actually, Mindy L., your insurance company didn't give out your number. They got it from the police report. I got a call from these vultures the next day after I was in a car accident. They asked for my HUSBAND, who wasn't even present when the accident occurred, so I guess they're sexist as well as being vultures. I think it's a despicable practice to contact people after they've been in an accident and try to drum up business from victims--especially since I've gotten calls from a large number of businesses today, all of which I will be reviewing. This company seems to care less about whether or not I could be recovering from emotional trauma or injury and more about whether they can get that mad insurance cash, since the other party was cited in my accident. read more

This shop did excellent work! I was recommended by a friend and would be happy to pass along the recommendation. Rodney was kind, thorough, and completed the work quicker than expected. When I stopped by for an estimate he quoted me a fair price and was quick to explain the details of the work he would doing to fix my issue. When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out (thank you!) and you couldn't even tell that the vehicle had had any damage. I am dealing with an extreme amount of distress from the accident and can't stay away from my phone because I have actual important phone calls relevant to it to deal with. But I am stuck dealing with predatory calls like the one from this company adding to my distress. Didn't feel any pressure from Rodney, or his team, to schedule service (even as a young female). Kinda off the beaten path, but convenient location right off 70 E. Friendly people but don't allow the break on your deductible pull you in. I am still putting out cash on what was messed up with my car after being in their care. They had my car off and on for 3 months and left my undercarriage loose causing it to fall off and puncture my new tire. Pay your deductible use a shop that your insurance refers.it was an utter nightmare. They messed with my air-conditioning that worked fine and now it's in the shop getting fixed along with the tire and undercarriage. I banged up my driver side front door and scratched my passenger side front door. I didn't want to report it to my insurance, so I decided to pay it out of pocket. The owner, Rodney, was the one who gave me the estimate on repairing (not replacing) the doors because I requested it be under $2000. He estimated me under $2000 but required to keep my car for 5-7 days ... understandable since I was requesting a less than $2000 major repair without replacing either door. Rodney kept my car for 8 days, which was fine since he went through the trouble of detailing the interior and exterior of my car. Upon retrieving my car, it was impossible to tell that the car had been in an accident. Rodney personally came out with me and told me about the repairs, telling me of how much work he put in to matching the color, even though I think it looks virtually flawless. Rodney kept the repair at exactly as much as he estimated me. A really great experience with Rodney at Reliable Collision. And they have two cute dogs that greet you upon entrance. will never do business with this company ever again!! They are based in Columbus, OH and tried to open an office in Cincinnati. So I was called by Warren for my business but I wasn't told that my car would be being towed to Columbus until I went to drop my car off and had already set up the rental (1 red flag I ignored). I was calling to check on the status of my car and wouldn't get an answer but a text that he was busy. So I finally called the Columbus office and got an answer. They had my car for almost 2 weeks for a very minor accident (3,000 in damages). When I got my car back everything looked good and they even fixed my windshield for free but then about a month or so passes and the door where the work took place started creaking when it was opened. I called Warren in the Cincinnati office and he said o no problem u can bring it in so I can take a look later this week. Later came, I'm calling to make sure I could still come never got a response until I called Columbus again and I was told that the Cincinnati office would be closed for a few weeks but they would set up some time to get my car looked at. Basically got the run around for 3 weeks until I called and asked for a manager. And guess who the manager was? Warren, who was rude and goes on to tell me that it would be "fiscally irresponsible" for them to fix my car in Cincinnati but they could do it if I drove 2 hrs there and 2 hrs back home even though their mechanic is the reason why my car isn't fixed correctly. I ended up going to my regular car shop and getting it fixed which I shouldn't have had to do. So, no I would not recommend this company!! read more

They have never worked on my car nor would I ever let them near it because they are a company with questionable business practices. I was apart of a car accident and the SECOND the report went public they called me. At 8:30 in the morning. I am a student and I value my sleep, and would most certainly not like to have some car repair company calling me at 8:30 in the morning. I received another phone call almost three weeks later asking if I still needed any work done. Excuse me it has been three weeks, I already have a repair shop that I use. Rodney was concerned for my family needs as they repaired my vehicle and went above and beyond to secure me a rentable vehicle that my insurance company was unable to find for me.....he made it virtually painless as I waited for the repairs to be complete and it was finished before I expected.
